Farmer's Market Flair! Steps to downtown Fayetteville Square

Such a charming place & location is amazing! Steps away from dining, shopping & farmer’s market on the square. The place was clean & inviting and as described. Communication with host was excellent. We would stay again and have already recommended to others.

Great communications - the unit was very clean - had a few items complimentary in the fridge which were a bonus. Loved the Christmas Tree. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome location right off the square. Was perfect for a game weekend in Fayetteville. Unit was very clean and exactly as presented online. Host was super responsive to questions and check in very easy.

This apartment has everything needed for the perfect stay in Faye! The space is beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and living room, washer/dryer, kitchen table for dining… we had everything we needed and more! We were in for Parent’s Weekend and the location to the square and campus was so convenient too! Communication was spot on as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!

This place was warm, inviting, and nicely decorated. I was pleasantly surprised to have access to a nearby parking deck but still took advantage of street parking when i needed to be in and out quickly. Several great restaurants are very close if not just steps away.I enjoyed how the skylights in the main hallway served as natural lighting for the bedroom. I had to work from home each day while we were there and the wifi was strong and worked great the whole time. The noise level at night time was very quiet. During the day we could hear the neighbors dog each time they would leave but it wasn't unbearable.

The farmers market was a lot of fun with great restaurants in the area. Vetro 1925 is a must

Quiet tree lined street, easy safe parking. Charming comfortable well appointed condo. Very near excellent restaurants, easy walking, historical area. Will choose to stay here again.

I cannot say enough about our accommodations and our host. The property was spot on as described. Our host went above and beyond to provide us with options for restaurants, things to do and must see during our stay. The property was spotless and had every amenity you could ask for. We will, without a doubt, be staying at this property every time we visit Fayetteville. I would rate 10 stars if it were an option.

We loved this condo. It was bright and clean and walkable to several restaurants, stores, coffee shops, and the farmers’ market. It was on a second floor, with a code enabled outer door for the group of units. We felt very safe. There was a small amount of noise from the Mexican restaurant just downstairs and over a building. However, the bedroom was very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Downstairs and next door was an adorable tea place, Savoy. Stop in and sample their teas for free! The host had great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We also ate several meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. I forgot to take K cups, but some were provided. There were also cold water bottles in the fridge and some snacks in the pantry. The host communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. We had some concerns about parking initially, but it was not difficult. The parking garage is basically across the street, accessed by a one lane alley. Street parking is also free on the weekends, so parking was no problem. If you’re going to be in Fayetteville, this is a terrific one-bedroom, quiet, but near “the action” place to stay!
