The view from the balcony was breathtaking, both the natural view as well as landscaping & pool area.

Beautiful view of the pool just as listed! However, my children’s feet were black before bed and we were thinking, “Man, the floors are dirty for us to only have been here an hour.” Turns out it was the balcony floor that was very dirty. I would just ask they add that to their cleaning schedule for the cleaning service. Then everyone was tracking their dirty feet in the condo. I did sweep it but it needed to be mopped. The beds were comfy and pillows were nice and plush! Plenty of silverware so you didn’t have to wash every time you ate. We brought our own dishwashing detergent but didn’t even use. The location was AMAZING! Wal-mart was not far away and my 5yr old and 18mo. loved the park down the street. It was very nice. We went first of October, so the pool water was really chilly and it did rain 2/5 days we were there. We did utilize the indoor pool but it was not very warm either despite it being advertised as “heated”. The kids didn’t mind, but us adults thought it was still cold. Would we stay here again, yes. The condo wasn’t necessarily kid friendly with glass end tables and sharp corners so we had to be overly cautious. We enjoyed being on the first floor. It was close to the stairs to park in the garage or the elevator when bringing up luggage. However, when leaving they were spraying for huge roaches on ground level. The maintenance man was stepping on them for thirty minutes killing them.

It was great. Both fun and restful!The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Only two issues: some of the electrical outlets didn’t work and there was an intermittent high-pitched whistle come from the water heater.

Beautiful condo. Beds were on the softer side. We spent most of our time swimming in the lazy river or sliding down the water slide.

Everything was great but our ice machine didnt work in our room so we had to walk all the way to the dock everytime we needed ice was very much of a inconvenience.

The property was gorgeous, everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The property had everything we needed for our stay with a gorgeous view of the lazy river from our balcony! The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice! I loved the jet tub, but I believe it hadn't been used in awhile, when I first started it some black stuff came out of the jets so I had to drain and refill it, after that it worked great! Our kiddos 10yrs, and 15months had a blast, the pools were clean and the hot tubs were the best! Located about a 5min drive from public beaches and restaurants! Would 10/10 recommend! The only thing is with our 15month old there was no highchair so we had to bring our own, also we had to move some of the decor, there were flowers in pots on the tables and I was worried he would break them.

We chose the condo at Phoenix on the Bay primarily because of its location. We have stayed in other units in the same building and enjoyed great experiences. This one seemed a bit tired. There was a crack along a seam in the kitchen counter. Two of the four lights over the primary bathroom vanity were burned out. There was a dead roach on the floor of the primary bedroom. The thermostat was basic and the buttons on it hard to read (so that we couldn't figure out how to regulate the temperature). The ice maker in the living room bar was noisy. All of these little things made it feel as if no one loves this unit or takes pride in it.

We love Phoenix on the Bay and this was the perfect unit for us! Love the balcony view! Everything was nice and clean!

First time to orange beach/bay! Very nice place, awesome lazy river, with lots of amenities. Had a great time and was very clean and comfortable. Limitedly stock. Bring own supplies such as paper plates, pool towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc
