Great experience!

We loved the location. The condo had some areas that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Like the jet tub. The paint was also peeling really bad in multiple rooms. The kitchen was not stocked well at all which we had read in previous reviews. Luckily we ate out mostly.

We had an amazing trip. Love the convenience of the Oasis. Grandkids love the slide and the lazy river. The condo was the perfect size for our family, very spacious. The only complaint I have is the kitchen could be a little more stocked, the cabinets were pretty bare. We have stayed in other condos that were fully stocked.

This place has amazing views and amenities the bar and little snack bar was great

We love staying there. Right on the beach This is the 4th time we have stayed there and we enjoyed it every time. Probably come back next year

The condo is nice and we love the location. Both ice makers were broken, the dryer takes a really long time to dry and the sheets had sand in them.

This property is in dire need of repairs…Paint peeling in two bathrooms and new paint on baseboards is especially needed; master bedroom and den had to share remotes to get tv to work in these rooms while tv in other two bedrooms did not work with remotes; ice machine under wet bar did not work nor did refrigerator ice maker; huge crack in master bathtub; four of five beds had hard, uncomfortable mattresses. The condo needed cleaning as well. Too many problems for price of four night stay. Will now return to this condo.

Love the actual property, the Oasis! Probably won’t stay with the same rental company or condo again. Check in was stressful bc they wouldn’t send the code to get in until check in time. At which point the entire group had to wait with all our luggage to get an email and of course there was no signal in the parking deck! The property was nice! Has everything we needed. Pool, hot tubs, lazy river, cafe/bar. The condo, unit 1109 was so nice but no ice maker and we couldn’t get the tv to work ever. Very roomy for 10 of us!

Love the property and location however we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. My toddler was crawling around on the floor and would be completed black after one 10 minutes of being there. The ice machinie was also broken and terribly moldy and the fridge was not cold? Almost like it had just been plugged in. Took over 24 hours to get to temp. We typically love staying at the Oasis but this condo was not for us this time around.

The condo fit our family of 9 perfectly. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was disappointing and a bit of an inconvenience not to have the ice maker in the fridge or stand alone ice maker working the whole week. Thankfully there’s an ice machine down by the pools for large bags of ice. Waiting for the elevators at peak times was chaotic. The WiFi was not 100 percent reliable. We had to call the internet company ourselves and would get kicked off from time to time. I would definitely stay on a lower floor due to the parking garage and elevators. Have your groceries delivered! That was a big help and made getting settled in much quicker!

Great place to spend time with family age 1 to 68! Only complaint…ice maker in refrigerator /freezer nor under counter ice machine worked at all entire stay. Maintenance came to check but was not able to fix either one.

I love my overall stay. The check in was was simple and the staff were very accommodating . The Gulf Beach front was beautiful. The Phoenix West II The Oasis' unit was very spacious and gorgeous. The activities were awesome. My family and I rated our stay as one of the best vacations ever.

Our family absolutely loved this place ! It was clean and roomy and had the greatest location ! We would definitely recommend and for sure would stay here again
