Fantastic Quiet Second Floor Oakwater Home

This was the perfect property for us. The host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely a perfect distance from the theme parks if you are going for that. A nice gated community super close to a lot of amenities and restaurants. We were hit with hurricane Milton while staying there and lost power for two days, which was fine and nothing the host would be able to do about that, however there were no flash lights in the house. So we did have a hard time those few days and had to go out and buy our own flash lights.

Fantastic location for Disney (was at Animal Kingdom in under 10 mins) and Universal. Great base with cooking/laundry facilities. Clean, tidy apartment. Very nice gated resort - quiet. Would certainly look at returning on next Florida trip.

Really enjoyed the quiet, secure neighborhood. The internet went down and they responded quickly to get me back up and going. The only negative was the amount of traffic getting in and out, the adjacent Wal-Mart posed to be quite challenging at times.

We stayed here for our Disneyworld trip, the location could not be any better! It’s next to everything you need as an out of state visitor. The community is beautiful, clean, quiet, and very private. The home is super nice, it’s clean, and very comfortable for my family of 5. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and worth coming back to visit.

The location was great, convenient to all Disney parks and restaurants. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us and our three grandchildren. The grandchildren loved the pool and play area. Would definitely recommend.

Unit was lovely, nicely furnished, very spacious and bright! Comfy mattresses, plenty of hot water although it took a while to get up to temp. Although unit was closer to entrance, still a quick walk to pool. Pool could be MUCH warmer. They tell you it’s heated, not so sure. Great hot tub! Wonderful splash pad for kids.

We loved everything about this rental. It was comfortable for our family of 5 adults. The rental had everything we needed. It was super close to Magic Kingdom, walking distance to Walmart, and just an overall great location. Every time I reached out to thr host they responded quickly. We had a late check in and needed a parking pass and the living room tv cable wasn't working - but the host made sure that we got both resolved quickly. I also asked for late check out and Angie was able to give us some extra time. Overall we had a great experience in this rental!!

Property was amazing. Not only for the accommodations, but the location as well. Enjoyed the clubhouse and proximity to all that Orlando had to offer. Kitchen was amazingly stocked and easy to use. Would stay here again no question.
