Fantastic Ocean Block 3 BR 3 BA Unit with a Pool!

It was a great

Everything about this property was amazing!!! Anything that was needed was in a 10 to 15 min drive. The property was very clean, the pool was nice and the unit had everything I needed for my family. The bikes and beach supplies were also a surprise appreciation. Will definitely be returning with my family next year!!!!

Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we had booked this condo, but it will be the last. The location is convenient to the beach, but the traffic noise was horrific day and night. This meant we never sat outside. The floors were dirty. My socks were so black, they needed to be discarded. The condo, unfortunately, needs refreshing and serious cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: The vacation house itself is very spacious, however upon further inspection there were feces in two of the toilets, pubic hair on the toilet seats as well as hair in the tub. The doors to the bathrooms were filthy, covered in make up marks and other stains. There was blood on one of the comforters. It was very unpleasant and whoever is responsible for their cleaning is not doing their job.

The unit was exactly as described. It was definitely one of the more solid, quiter units we have stayed in at OCMD. All of the amenities and appliances were a huge plus for a family stay.

There were a few little things wrong with the unit blinds missing some normal wear and tear. I would say it was cleaned that great I did have to go and clean some things but overall I would definitely come back again.

We appreciated the linen package and security features of the building. The rooftop pool offered wonderful views and a great convenience. The condo was comfortable and well equipped.

We were very happy with our stay. Great beach, location and the size of the condominium was perfect for our family of 4. Linen service was on time with everything we needed, Benchmark Property management responded to questions very quickly. Definitely would stay there again.

This a great location, spacious and super close to the beach.

Came down for a softball tournament. House was perfect for us and our daughters. Close to beach and restaurants, low key neighborhood and easy to hop on 90 to get to our games in Salisbury. Definitely would visit again.
