Fantastic location!!

Everything was fine Walmart and multiple stores were in walking distant, unfortunately I didn’t receive the email to accessing the stay before I arrived but I was able to call & speak with the owners with no problem! House was clean, nothing bad to say.

A lil about our experience beautiful home and roomy, staying in condo has 2 pools a kid pool and another pool which overlooks a lagoon with lots of fish turtles and ducks . Also there is a Holiday inn across from condo which offers 2 more pools a tiki bar and putt putt ... Id suggest you bring pool towels as condo only had towels for shower , would diffently stay again.

After reading mixed reviews, we took a chance. Please do your research!! This property is BARE BONES for a rental. Only 6 towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, soap for hand washing was nearly empty, kitchen had bare minimum of utensils, cups, etc. Beds are terrible (super hard!), no additional blankets, just sheet and super thick bedspread. Garden tub in master bath is a pain to get in and out of and there is no handle bar or anything to prevent falls in the tub. Construction outside of neighborhood made getting anywhere twice as long! We were mostly near Universal and the drive was terrible. Property sits on a busy road and there is traffic noise all night. In addition to being able to hear the people in the property below you. Owner was slow to respond messages after check-in. Clearly not in state or near the location.

This is our second year of staying here. We enjoy the spacious feeling of the place, the washer and dryer and how beautiful the property is. Visited the pool areas 2 days and had a lot of fun.

Great place, with access to 3 pools and mini golf. Great location for everything in the area. publix, walmart and old town are close by as well.

We arrived at the property around 1:30am due to rental car delays/issues and found the property had only been partially cleaned. There was trash and recycling left on the counters of the kitchen. The sheets hadn’t finished washing and all beds were unmade. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned yet and it was only 53 degrees in the condo (heat was not on). I contacted the host and she responded right away. Directed me to a clean set of sheets and apologized profusely. She did not know that the cleaners had not finished their work and booked them to come as soon as we could be out of the condo the next day. It was hard on my daughter since it was so late and we couldn’t go anywhere else but we made it work. The host also offered to comp our night, which we greatly appreciated. Once the condo was cleaned and we had fresh towels, it was much improved. Just a note that the heat was very slow to warm the condo. It took 2 full days for it to reach 68 degrees. The cleaning staff said they’d contact management about it, but not sure if they ever checked it. Overall, it was a disappointing start but ended up a decent place to stay and close to many stores, restaurants, and Disney.

My partner and I had a great stay here for a few days. The spot is in a perfect location to all the parks, as well as the fun to be had in Downtown Orlando. The property had plenty of room for the three of us, was spotlessly clean, and included all of the comforts of home. We’ll be in the area at the same time for the next three years and we’d be happy to stay here again!

Overall my daughter and I had a wonderful stay. It was indeed a fantastic location. We were only 15 -20 minutes from all the parks and outlet malls. We definitely were glad we had a rental car so we could experience all the fun things. The condo is in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. We also spent a few days at the pool which was lovely - only a short walk from the condo. The condo itself was more than we needed for two people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our space. Furnishings were great for simple meals and it was nice to have a washer/drier. My one complaint - and maybe I missed it - was that the listing did not say that it is a second floor condo. There is no porch or balcony to sit out on. Also the master bathroom has a large soaking tub. That's cool if you like to take a bath, but it was very difficult to step in/out of. Hence the reason I titled this maybe not for old people. Overall though it was a great trip and I would recommend to others.

The property was great. The swimming pools were awesome for the kids. Plenty of space for the family and close to many activities. Would definitely stay again

Condo's perfectly located for all central Florida's theme parks and attractions, plus a little retail therapy. Resort provides great facilities incl. well equipped gym and pool areas. The condo itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Heather was a very helpful and responsive host.

We chose this location because of the proximity to ESPN Wide World of Sports, and it was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient with short drives to many attractions. The property was very nice and comfortable.

We stayed here for 10 days for our Disney vacation. It was within close proximity and convenient amenities nearby (Walmart, gas station, mini putt, restaurants, etc). The place was very spacious, quiet and clean. We also enjoyed the pool area. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us. We traveled to Orlando for a volleyball tournament. It was about a 20 minute drive to the convention center. Place was clean, beds were comfy, it was nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Our only complaint was the Water pressure was terrible in the sink and showers. We would love to stay her again!

The condo was nice and clean. Pool areas were nice. We also had access to the pools and activities across the street. The location was great. It was not far from sea world, discovery cove and lots of places on I drive. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and relaxing place. Lots of room for family and fun. Plenty of pools and other amenities, couldn't ask for more!
