Fantastic Gulf-Front 1BR Condo At Boardwalk in PCB + Free Attraction Tickets!

weather week perfect. Condo building in a great location. Panama City Beach was not crowded; breaks were over. Our condo had a wonderful view. It was clean, but had some issues of worn out and dated furniture. The bathroom had some water damage at the baseboard. We are retired, travel often, but are flexible in dealing with things we cant control. Therefore, my wife and I had a nice time.

We had a great stay…this condo truly felt like a home away from home. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing. The location was super convenient close to Walmart, Dollar General, and anything else we needed. One of the best parts was the fireworks show we got to enjoy right from the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and we were not disturbed by noise from other guests. It was a nice, quiet, restful trip full of relaxation.

This was a great property! It was clean and well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was easy and any questions I had were answered promptly!

The property manager went above and beyond with communication. The unit needs a bit of painting and updating. The master bedroom did not have a sliding door to the gulf side view. It was in the front of the unit, which I did not realize when I booked it, but worked out fine. The mattress was too hard for me, but my husband liked it. The condo facility was amazing and the tiki bar had wonderful food! The location and beach were perfect.

If you like living with cockroaches and no one every getting with you from benchmark this is the property for you. First got there my 1 year old an me was unpacking an had black feet within 30 mins of me unpacking. Which I called an they still didn’t give me any thing back spent a hour cleaning the room myself. Yes they offered to clean it after day 3. Spent 4 days with out the armbands for the pool an a parking pass which we got 2 pink slips (where they were going to tow us) still acting like we were in the wrong every min. 7 days spent an no one once cared to come out to fix the roach issue which is disgusting!!!! Vrbo wouldn’t refund anything nor benchmark! I finally quit calling after day 5 because no one did anything about it. I’ve stayed at this building before 2 years ago an it was amazing! So if you like dirty, cockroaches, worn out, falling apart things this is the unit for you!

Unit was very dirty. Vents had dust every where, unit was infested with roaches, dishes had to be rinsed before using due to things being stuck inside the glasses. Overall not happy with stay. Contacted management for partial refund or some sort of fix due to roach infestation and was told 1. that pest control had to “evaluate the unit” before anything could be done - after 3 days with no pest control I contacted again and was told my “case was sent to the board for review”. Very unsatisfactory.
