Fantastic Economical Wildwood Retreat Accepting 2 Night Stays!

The property was bigger then expected. Had everything we needed for our party of 10! The bunk beds where an awesome touch.

The rooms were great. Every day the garbage trucks would start their day at 5 AM even on the 4th of July. On Sunday they started at 4AM. Terrible location.

We enjoyed ourselves at this house. Quiet and safe area. The owner was very kind and communicated well. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Being truthful here. The location was ok. The check in went smoothly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was dirty. There were days old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. I say this because they were dry and hard and they’ve been there a while. At first I thought ok they must have just forgotten to empty them. But then there was a filthy dirty oven mitt in the dirty utensils drawer. Among other things The only sharp knife they had was dull and the handle was falling off. Be careful of the cabinet door. If opened it will hit the ceiling fan. The chairs at the table were so wobbly it was not safe to sit on them. I was told by management, the owner told him they can’t be loose because they were just tightened. Basically calling me a liar. So I took videos and ask him to show them to the owner. I ended up putting 5 of the 8 chairs aside, because they were bad so we used the bench and stools they had there. The bedroom I stayed armoire was falling apart. And upon exiting they expect you to do the cleaning. Wipe down the refrigerator, wipe down the bathrooms not unreasonable but they want you to do the wash too. Not on my vacation! I get the feeling you are cleaning for the next renters. I feel about $500.00 in upgrades to this place along with proper cleaning would make a world’s difference. Clearly they don’t want to put any money into the place. I have plenty of pictures and videos. I’m going to stay away from this place. Never again. I was embarrassed.

The unit was spacious and provided the basic essentials. It lacked a little in cleanliness. The master bedroom window has a view of dumpsters and a worksite. The noise from there was waking us up at 5am and continued daily even on Sunday. Other than that the location was nice, 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk but food and bowling was nearby.

Everything was great! Landlord answered our question emails within hours and we all had an amazing time.

The adjoining door enabled us all to stay connected during our vacation. In terms of the actual units themselves, while overall they were pretty nice, they are in need of a very deep cleaning. One bathroom in each of the units is extremely small. If you are on the toilet, your knees are up against the sink. They are just too small. The larger bathrooms, one per unit, are located in the master bedroom areas but can be accessed easily in both units. The property management group was nice to work with and we enjoyed our stay, but the units definitely need to be cleaner before we would stay again.
