Fantastic Desert Paradise Getaway

Very roomy property & location with lots of amenities fir both or work & vacation needs

The property was as advertised, clean, well kept and in a a good location. The host manager, Drew, was excellent. He responded quickly to all enquires and assisted us in a couple of special requests.

The home was exactly as advertised. We had a great time. We happen to know the location and like it. The people in the complex were friendly and the pickleball was excellent. We didn't like the golf course and played elsewhere. Besides that, it was fantastic in all respects. We will return!

First, Drew Hopkins, the property manager, was great-prompt communication, responsive to our needs, which were few because the house was well-appointed, immaculate, and super comfortable. I’ve rented VRBOs many times and this was the best experience.

The property and house were beautiful; the location was top notch. However, there were several issues. The place was not overly clean - black particles at the base of a toilet, dirty socks and slippers from walking on the carpet, dirty windows, and unsanitary garbage cans. The empty garbage cans in the garage were so smelly that we didn't want to keep our car in the garage. Ceiling lights in a bathroom and closet were burnt out. We brought the can odor and non-functioning lights to the attention of the manager, who quickly corrected them. The 3rd, smaller bedroom has a bed that was sagging in the middle and uncomfortable for the adult who was in this room. Also, the closet in this room was sealed off for other use. There were no screens on the windows; letting air in meant insects too. The screen on the sliding glass door in the bedroom was crudely patched. A very big disappointment for me was the lack of propane for the grill. On the last night, we invited friends over for a nice steak dinner. I had tested the grill the previous day and everything worked. However, 3 minutes into cooking, the propane ran out. All 3 of the extra propane tanks in the garage were empty! Why have empty tanks around? The cookout was a disaster. Maybe this note will lead to better property management. If not, be aware of this Paradise in the Desert. This A-class property had D-class upkeep for our visit.

Excellent location to multiple hotels & golf courses. Perfect location for business & vacationg options. Very spacious & large sized kitchen for cooking & meal prep.

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying here. It had everything we needed, lots of games/pool toys for the kids to enjoy. Thank you Drew for everything!

The cleaning gals needed to dust and leave a list of things that were needed-dustpan, mop, barbecue to be cleaned. Drew bought a new clothes dryer as new parts couldn't be found for the old one. The place needs a second set of sheets for each bed.

Beautiful place! We loved it and look forward to a return trip!
