Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause orpermit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Check-in was easy. As a family of grandparents, parents and grandchildren, we found the condo very roomy. Kids loved the pool and walking distance to the beach. Candy and ice cream were close by too. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the welcome bag containing paper supplies. Everything was in good working order. We will stay here again.

We loved the location at the back of the building overlooking the bay. It was a great view. The bedrooms were good sized and the unit had almost everything we would want. I would just say that we would have liked to have a tv in the master bedroom and the second bedroom.
