Fantastic Balcony ~ Indoor And Outdoor Pools ~ Hot Tubs ~ Tennis Courts!

Everything was clean and well stocked! We loved the view, comfortable furniture and details like extra beach towels and blankets. There isn’t one thing that could have been better!

The perfect location away from spring breakers with a beautiful beach and two pools. Quiet complex near grocery stores, restaurants and the national park. We loved coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sun set. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for a lovely week!

We had a wonderful stay, the weather was perfect! Communication was excellent! It was a great trip!

The rental property was as expected. We enjoyed the balcony to take in the ocean view, especially since the weather did not cooperate during our stay. The owner provided ample instructions needed during our stay, as well as good recommendations for some of their favorite places to dine and visit. We would stay again.

Property was nice, the bed is a little tall or high-up from the floor hard to get into. I did not like a Door ring doorbell, felt like big Brother was watching us all the time. Did not like having to share the pool with the other building. View was great. The twin bed bedroom bed was too close to closet cannot open the closet comfortably.

Everything was as described. Cassandra was very easy to reach and communicate with. The condo was spotless and the view was amazing!! The beds were so comfortable and everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back already!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Very spacious, maintained and beautifully decorated. Beds were cozy, bathrooms were luxury and the kitchen and linens were well stocked. Great to have a separate washer and dryer. Balcony is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening.

The condo is gorgeous, just as pictured. Cassandra was always quick to respond with any questions I had. We purchased the beach service, and all agreed it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The pool was gorgeous, clean, and quite refreshing (and by that I mean cold, but that didn't stop us from using it!). We had a wonderful time with our college friends and I felt so relaxed the whole time.The location is convenient to many restaurants, and my friend and I attended a Barre class one day. Our only complaint would be how busy the traffic is, and how crowded the beach was. We had all been under the impression that this area was not as busy as some of the other beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Overall, it was a wonderful, beautiful week!

Location was as described and couldn't be beat. The unit and balcony were quiet, the beach was not crowded. Plenty of very good restaurants within short distance from condo.If you plan on cooking, be aware you must bring ALL FOOD items. Description said Spices, but only salt and pepper were on site. You must bring your own oils, seasonings, plastic wrap, foil, etc. Family members have rented 8 different places from VRBO in last 5 years. This is the first one that lacked so many items in the kitchen area.

I've rented through VRBO several times a year ever since it formed. This is the best place we've ever stayed, and we've stayed all over the world! It's right on the water at Perdido Key with a panoramic view of the Gulf and white sands. The luxury furnishings were gorgeous--leather furniture and wonderful beds with fabulous bathrooms attached to each of the 3 bedrooms. I want a rug like the one in the living room. The kitchen had everything I could possibly want. The layout was perfect too with nice separation for the bedrooms. Our granddaughter was in love with her room, and we liked that there were 2 king bedrooms as well as the doubles in our granddaughter's room.The Beach Colony complex was great too--nice pools right outside the building with a boardwalk to the white sugar sand and rolling waves. There were 2 elevators in our tower and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for a lift. It conveniently had carts for getting luggage during arrival and departure. The door had a code so there was no check in, just punch in the code and walk in to see the beautiful view. This location was great too. Pensacola on one side and Gulf Shores on the other. It is less built up that Gulf Shores now which we liked. There were eating places both directions and Island Sweets right across the street for our granddaughter's nightly ice cream cone. I wouldn't change a single thing about this home. You won't regret staying here and we plan to come back soon!

The unit was beautiful and clean. Owner left clear instructions and helpful information on things to do and restaurants in the area. The view of the Gulf and the beach was spectacular. Beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one might need to prepare complete meals if so inclined. Would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed forever!

What a beautiful condo with amazing views! The master bathroom with the free standing tub that overlooks the ocean has me dreaming of a return trip. The condo was well stocked and the two en-suite king rooms were great for our married kids. Wish the weather would have been better but we still enjoyed ocean from the patio. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was just as described, clean, and the owner is very easy to work with. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the linens are also well stocked. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, being two couples. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, and the second master also has a king size bed and attached bathroom of good size. The master bed is very comfortable, but the mattress in the 2nd master has one side that has started to “dip.” We didn’t use the 3rd bedroom, so I don’t know about the beds, but it is also spacious with attached access to the hallway bath. We all had a very relaxing vacation, which is just what we needed. There are a lot of nice condos out there, but the owner of this unit stands out. She always responded in a timely manner to any of our questions or concerns, especially when we got locked out on the 4th day! A new battery for the locked fixed that right away though. I highly recommended this unit for many reasons, not the least of which are the gorgeous sunset views!

The condo was nothing less than amazing! Everything was as described or better. We had wonderful communication with the owner and would highly recommend this condo. The property was easy to get to.

We had a great stay. love the location and condo was very comfortable. As a Nightly rental owner the only thoughts would be better soap choices in bathrooms. maybe refillable body wash vs soap bars and better TP. Great stay other wise.

The condo was fully stocked with everything you could need. I especially appreciated the beach towels and kitchen towels! We ate most of our meals at the condo and we had plenty of seating between the table and bar. Beautiful views of the gulf and the pool next door.
