The condo was clean and family friendly. It had games and items for the beach that came in real handy for the kids. We really liked that they supplied pickleball paddles . Everything we needed, they had available. Our host Lisa was very nice and great to work with. I would recommend this place.

The pet friendly stay was great for our Lab. Even though we didn't have a direct view of the gulf, we did have a beautiful view of the joi and turtle lagoon that ran thriugh the courtyard. And the wslk to v the beach was not far.The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Dealing with the owner was a joy. Would definitely recommend this for your next stay.

The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and of course just steps away from the sand. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the condo felt very well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was well stocked and provides all the comforts of home. Check-in was a breeze and the property owner is very informative and responsive throughout the visit. The location provided easy access to food, entertainment and of course a few steps to the beach. We will definitely book here again in the future.

We went as a family, my husband, two kids, two pups and grand Ma. It slept us all perfectly. Grandma and youngest son had the lower floor bedroom and bathroom so they didn’t have to climb more stairs. Beautiful condo and location. Close to everything but secluded by the gate. We had a blast!

As someone who has came to PCB for years it has been my favorite rental and the most thoughtful host can’t wait to stay here again! Cannot say enough nice things

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect. It is so close to great restaurants. The complex is nice and well kept. The condo was a perfect size for our family and 2 dogs. The owners were very nice to work with and responded quickly to any question sheet I had. They provided us with all of the necessary information in plenty of time for our stay. Will definitely be back.

The unit was exactly as described. Lisa, the host left a greeting for us in the form of a basket full of little extras and lots of information about the local area and a lovely thank you card for our booking. She also reached out to us before we arrived to give us detailed directions and useful information about our check-in with the condo owners association office as well as information about condo rules etc. We reached out to hear with our thanks for the information and some additional questions and issues. She responded to us quickly with all the information we needed and more. Despite some unusual weather and unseasonable cold that changed our plans and kept us inside more than we wanted, we were happy to consider the condo home. Lisa even helped us deal with an annoying neighbor. We have stayed in many VRBO locations in the past and Lisa is far and away the best host we have had. We would definitely go back. Thank you Lisa.

Condo was great. Community center needs to stay open later than 10, couldn’t even get a football game in that early.

I booked this stay and left Texas in less than 12 hours to travel to PCB for Labor Day weekend. I am never a spur of the moment trip planner and usually have every inch of the planning completely planned months before. The host was traveling and sent me a message shortly after booking letting me know that I would be sent details as soon as possible. The host gave me every bit of information I needed to confidently be able to have the ease of arriving on such short notice. The house was clean and furnished well. I really enjoyed that I was able to take my pets with me. We had plenty of beach toys and chairs to make our time on the beach comfortable! It was a very quiet area and felt safe the entire time. We plan to make a trip back to PCB and would stay here again! PCB is hand down better than Destin.

We were in town for travel basketball for the weekend. We decided to extend our stay and turn this trip into a mini vacation with a teammate and her family. The host allowed us to check-in early. There were so many comforts of home and little extras such as beach chairs and extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped. The complex was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay

We're enjoyed while we stay this condo. Everything was prepared for us to use it. I got lots things to prepare for this trip, but i didn’t use it at all. This place was so close to go other attractions, and beach was ready for me anytime, because this front beach was only for use Sugar Beach Condos and only three minutes walk distance. I would like to.stay later trip if i want to go panama beach. Thanks so much~

This property is such a good stay. Everything was exactly like it says, very clean, and comes with all the things you would need or may have forgotten. Lots of things to do around the condos and a very short walk to the beach! We will most definitely be staying here again next year!

We enjoyed our stay a Sugar Beach Condos. It’s so much nicer staying in a condo vs a motel. The location on Thomas Dr is convenient to activities and restaurants. Access to complex is easy by way of a traffic light. Our host was easy to contact if needed. Everything about to listing was accurate. We had plenty of room for a group of 6 adults and 1 pre teen and 1 teen. All of the bedrooms had private full baths. All were well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach were nice. We enjoyed soy stay and will be back again in the future. Thanks Sugar Beach.

The stay was great for our family! We had trouble figuring out the fan/lights but the owners were quick to respond and help during our stay!

We were all seniors and had to spend much of the day indoors. The construction workers were using drills and hammers all day long. I am not sure I would have not have cancelled if I knew about the construction. I hope your following guests had a quieter time.
