I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Patio 23 is the perfect size for our family of 4. We love the location and that we're able to be close to other members of our party. The cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning the unit. However, we weren't able to access the unit on the first day until 6pm because they were running behind. No one was in the office for us to talk to at check in. The unit has all the items we need in terms of kitchen supplies and furniture but the rugs and couch are starting to look pretty worn/permanently dirty. We're glad that Sleepy Hollow has continued the morning arts & crafts. The kids always like the tie dye and the picture frames. Please consider bringing back more engaging activities like the scavenger hunt!

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sleepy Hollow for 10 years and we just love it. You can’t go wrong with a week at SH. It was our first time staying in 23. It is a very nice condo. Overall it had everything that we needed. It has plenty of space and both a front and back patio that are both perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. We would definitely stay here again. (It would be great if they added some hooks inside to hang towels and perhaps a few cookies sheets in the kitchen)

Reviewer Comments: I stay at Sleepy Hollow every May and september, barring very unusual circumstances. I'm not an outdoors person, but it's a great place to play chamber music with friends, a nice respite from the constant stresses of my everyday life.

Stayed Aug 20, 2023Beds and couch was horrible and very uncomfortable and the pool was closed 2 1/2 days due to staffing issues, probably will not return to Sleepy Hollow again
