Family Fun Starts Here — Cozy Condo with Pools & Beach Access

The condo itself was in a nice location and it was only a short walk to the beach. Side note the beach is much nicer than the beaches in the busier areas. Panama City is really stretched out and the condo is located in a section that doesn’t have a lot of shops or restaurants. I highly recommend getting a rental car if you are staying at this property.The property is supposed to be in a gated community but one of the gates is missing at one end of the property and on the other end of the property you don’t have to enter a code to enter but you have to enter a code to leave. Made no sense! You also have to get armbands for each person (that cost $20 each) and there is no getting around this because you have to go to the same place to get a parking pass. We never even put these on and no one ever said anything or even looked. Inside the condo: Everything was nice and there were plenty of dishes and pans to cook. We did have to buy a bag of ice because the ice machine is extremely slow and it looked like they empty the bin. There are no spices except for salt and pepper so bring your own or be prepared to buy them. We barely had enough toilet paper and paper towels. Like we used the last bit of each the morning that we left. I even messaged the owner and she had us look in the supply closet but there was none. This was kind of frustrating. The bedroom was pretty warm even with an extra fan and ceiling fan. Overall it was good but I’d probably stay somewhere different next time

The condo was so clean and had an adorable beach vibe. We loved our stay there and will definitely be coming back!

Nice space area. Just the master bed was not too comfortable

We came to PCB for a wedding, and this condo couldn’t have been any better! We did not choose it for the beach, but were pleasantly surprised to be so close. We had a blast!

The condo is in great shape. The master bed is somewhat weird, as you feel like you’re sleeping on a decline. We just slept at the opposite end of the bed. We didn’t buy the bracelets as we were only there for a day and a half, and our time was spent at another property with friends who didn’t have to pay for bracelets to be there. Honestly, the whole “pay for bracelets to be on property” is a scam, and will deter me from staying at this property, or similar, in the future. As the bracelet policy is more of a condo association, and not that if the owner or property manager, I’ve not considered this in the rating of the property, which I felt was better than expected.

We were in a situation where we had to change our Summer vacation plans practically last minute. I was very happy to be able to reserve this location on such short notice. The price was great for the accomodations and location. Comfortable unit with very nice pool below. Very convenient to nearby Pier Park, lots of restaurants, shopping, beach access across the street from complex. We even explored over to Grayton Beach State Park and inland to other State parks. We were looking for a centrally located home base and this unit definitely worked out. We had a great time.

Our host was very good with communication, the property was clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and the amenities were great too. We will be back! Highly recommended!

Was a wonderful stay. Very clean, had all that you needed for your stay. Owner was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was nice and made due for what we needed. The only issues we had were the curtains in the main bedroom are very sheer so a lot of light came in at night so we had to put blankets over the window to black them out. Also the main bedroom does not get any air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan and 2 standing fans to help with that but the room being cooler would have helped us sleep better. Other than that we would consider staying here again in the future.

We had a blast staying at this condo, everything was clean and well managed. If I had a question, Kim was very quick to respond or offer help. We loved the location and the easy access to the beach. The resort was nice and we really enjoyed that the condo overlooked the pool so we could keep an eye on the kiddos if they were down there with their grandma!

The property was updated and clean. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The condo was a short walk to the beautiful gulf shores. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay.
