Family Fun Disney Getaway

We enjoyed our extended stay at this location. The condo was clean with all the necessary items to make it feel like home. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable beds. Short walk to pool and club house with many activities to enjoy. Quiet and secure resort area with gated security so we felt safe and had ample privacy. We will return again to this condo.

Our family had a great time staying here for the last week! It was everything and more that was needed to feel at home while on vacation! Thank you for everything!

The condo exceeded my expectations. It was very roomy, clean and provided all the amenities expected. Windsor Palms itself is a great gated community. I did not have an opportunity to utilize the club house (though I did visit it) and pool mainly due to the amount of people who were utilizing the pool daily! That is not a knock; it’s a compliment as to how good the club house area is. It is not a 5 star community but, it is close to and darn good. The proximity to Disney and the numerous excellent restaurants on Rt 192 was unbelievable. Basically I loved my stay and am looking forward to booking Sandra’s condo next year.

Clean and as described

The cleaning service sent pictures of a broken shower curtain rod, broken window blinds and a disgustingly dirty toilet to the owner. The owner then sent the pictures to us and we confirmed with the owner that the condo looked NOTHING like this when we left. She told us that our damage deposit had already been taken, that she could not get the refund back and if we wanted to try to get it from the company, it was on us to do so. We (husband and wife in our 50's) have used HomeAway, Arbnb and Vrbo for the past three years on business. There has NEVER been a bad incident to report until now. We will be taking pictures of all rentals upon arrival and upon leaving. Also we will try to stay on properties that have the owner nearby. The unit had broken electrical plug covers ( safety issue), a bathroom plug that did not work, a smelly shower curtain (which we replaced) and the towels were unknowingly still in the dryer (almost bought some). I reported all of this upon arrival to the owner who in turn confronted the untrustworthy cleaning service. I can assume that the greedy untrustworthy cleaning service got their revenge. This was a very disappointing end to what could have been a lovely stay.

The owner is very helpful and the instructions were easy to follow. Her home was well stocked with all of the necessities, very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, I would recommend to others planning a trip to the area! Had a great time! Thank you!

This was my family's first stay anywhere through VRBO, and we were very pleased. We didn't know what to expect, so we brought a lot of our own things; but the condo is well stocked with all the pertinent kitchen tools we needed. It's clean, and (having owned & rented a vacation property myself in the past) it's delightfully obvious how much thought and care has gone into everything here --- from check-in to helping guests enjoy every last moment of their stay. I emailed with Sandra a handful of times and found her to be polite, helpful and accommodating on every occasion. Thank you, Sandra!
