Star Island Resort in Kissimmee, FL is a destination with active families in mind. The resort features a wide variety of personalized fitness programs as well as the Vic Braden Tennis College that offers specialization in tennis. There is a large pool and the property is bordered by two lakes. It is a tranquil and tropical setting for family fun.

The Atlantic coast is about an hour away from Kissimmee, and there you will find the sandy beaches and ocean waves that Florida is famous for. Daytona Beach offers the opportunity to visit the Nascar Race Track as well as dining and shopping. For something out of this world, you won't want to miss the Kennedy Space Center to the north.

The location lends itself to visiting any of the major theme parks in the area, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure or Sea World. You may find another type of thrill by taking a tour of the area with Sunshine Helicopter Tours, or swim with the Dolphins at Disney's Discovery Cove.

I do require three night minimum and sometimes during peak season a four night minimum is required. In order to make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner.
