Stayed Jun 28, 2025The stay was nice and directly across from the pool. The kitchen had ample dishes, cookware and storage. The only thing we had issues with was the sliding glass door did not lock. We called Vacasa and someone came at the end of the day and put a temporary J-hook lock for our stay. Two sinks were clogged/slow draining. It would be nice to have more towels and blankets. The bed pillows need replacing. Overall, we would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The condo is across from the Greens pool. Great location. There is a handicap ramp to the condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. We will rent again!

Stayed Oct 1, 2022This is one of the few 3 bedroom units in the Greens. We've stayed at many units (and own one!) and this is one of the best. The layout is great, the space is wonderful, and the kitchen is beautiful. Additionally, the service from Vacasa was wonderful. When we discovered that the wifi wasn't working, Terrie Stille (from Vacasa) came over ON A SUNDAY to fix the wifi and also took care of the other minor issues. I know that service companies who manage the Greens units can be hit and miss - this one is a hit!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was very nice. Directly across from the pool. Floors look newly updated. No tub for kids. Was a long walk to the beach with two youngsters but we rented bikes and was there in no time. Bike trails in Shipyard are nice and shady. Would recommed this condo and would stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place was clean, well equipped, had beach chairs. It was like being in lush tropical island. It was within walking distance from the beach.
