Family-Friendly Salem Apt: Near Dtwn Sites!

The apartment was beautiful and the rooms spacious. We would have liked to have blackout curtains for the rooms but we had a great stay.

The house was located in a perfect area. Easy to walk to downtown/activities. It is located in a quiet area. The host made check in smooth and easy. Every question I had prior to check in, he responded quickly. The house itself has been updated and has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We really like the historic house feel with nice revocations. The unit was very clean. Host was quick to respond to minor issue. An improvement suggestion would be to have umbrellas available. Also pillows are about worn.

Beautiful historic home redone with modern amenities and layout and lots of old charm. Great location to walk to action and sights within Salem. Great communication with hosts before and during stay. Host definitely went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and well informed vacation was had in Salem.

We had such a fantastic stay at Joe’s home! The fact that it is a fully renovated apartment was perfect as it meant central AC, a modern kitchen & bath, and laundry facilities! We stayed with our 3 kids and this apartment was so family friendly! It is within easy walking distance to all the great spots in Salem but is on a pretty quiet street filled with families & locals. We will absolutely book again when we are back in Salem!

We loved this condo! Nearby coffee shop and easy walk through the pretty neighborhood to the town, close to everything. Really nice inside, with many beds and super clean. Slept really well. There is only one bathroom but that was done for our girls trip :) Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. It maintains the beautiful and historical features while still being updated to fit the needs of guests. Joe is very accessible and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended for families and friends!

Five of us stayed at this lovely house. Everything was perfect. We all enjoyed everything about the house and it was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again the next time visiting Salem if if we are a smaller group.

Very clean, close to attractions, nice old house with modern updates. Won’t find a better place to stay.

My girlfriends and I visited for a weekend getaway. It was just what we needed. Our own private area away from the kids. We explored during the day, and at night we stayed in and ordered food. It was amazing. So thankful for Joe. Who has very good with communication.

This property is very clean, homey, with an open floor plan so everyone could interact with each other while cooking, playing games, watching TV. The beds were clean and comfy, towels were thick and soft. Plenty of hot water. Just an overall excellent place to stay, and within walking distance of the majority of museums and shops.

We stayed to see the sites for a few days. The condo had everything we needed. It was comfortable for the 5 of us and conveniently located to the museums we wanted to visit.

I still don't understand how this place ended up being available for our stay in Salem during the second week of October, but I am so glad it was! The property owner was amazing and was so communicative about our entire stay. The house was clean, the renovated bathroom and kitchen were beautiful, the beds were actually incredibly comfortable, and the original doors and hardware throughout the house was so cool. Within walking distance from downtown Salem, but far enough away so that you weren't in the middle of all the craziness. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Salem. We were a group of two couples and the size of the house was perfect.
