We stayed here for a wedding at Sugarbush Resort. The distance to the resort was great 5 minutes away. However in the kitchen the stove light and fan didn't work and there was not a light bulb in the refrigerator???!! If your going to use these appliances as we did it would be nice to have them working. Also you couldn't use the electric fireplace in the family room??? Why have these things if you can't use them??? Also, it would not take much to tighten up ALL the boards in the house to stop them from squeaking. Lastly the shower/bathtub in the main bathroom, the bathtub is slanted or sinking??? You can't really stand flat in it. The lower entry level smells so musty or moldy...not pleasant. Also, when you enter that door there are so many spiders and webs...Overall for 3 days it worked for us, only because it was close to the resort. There is definitely some upkeep that needs to be done. I've been to many vacation rentals and they always have a gift basket with ideas to do around their town and the book to to ck in and out with and usually a bottle of wine, coffee etc. Nothing and the folder for the condo was in a drawer we had to look for! Not impressed but with some upkeep and attention to details could be a great place. We will be back but don't know if I'd stay there again.?
Our family enjoyed staying at this property for a summer weekend getaway. Very nice place, clean & accurately described and perfect for our needs. Good location right off of scenic byway 100. Kids loved swimming at Warren Falls about 10 mins south. The Sugarbush resort doesn't have summer activities like biking so the area was really quiet. Food options about 15 minutes north.
This property is in a nice location with good view. couple of improvements needed. Bed spreads and comforter were not clean especially in the kids room. Carpets requires some cleanup it had lot of dust. We saw some hairs in the bed spread. Kitchen exhaust didn’t work. Otherwise the home was good.
It was a Good Cabin , with all the necessary Utilities. Clean and well Maintained
This is a small condo that was convenient for the towns of Warren and Waitsfield (and Sugarbush, of course). But the bottom floor (where you enter) reeks of mold/mildew. It's a cheaply constructed complex so we found windows that didn't open and structure shakes as people around you enter their units. Also, there was an open bag of potato chips left out when we arrived, and the top bureau drawer of the master bedroom (and closet) had someone's clothes in them. So, convenient and inexpensive option but not a place I wanted to spend much time in.
Location was perfect for skiing Sugarbush, including Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen. Layout worked well for our group of six. We appreciated the four bedrooms and the lower room was perfect for getting ready of a day of Skiing. We enjoyed our stay.
As advertised then some. Full kitchen. 4 floors. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Also very clean and kept up. Its on the bus route or less than 10 min walk to the resort.
We loved having the four bedrooms - plenty of room for our four kids with lots of separate spaces for teens. Nice family area with the kitchen and eating area. Well stocked kitchen and good appliance selection. Nice location right in Sugarbush area - less that 5 min to the lifts.
Great location for our weekend trip to Sugarbush. We enjoyed the condo's layout - the lower level walk-in is great for ski clothing, the dining/living room area on the main floor was perfect for hanging out as a group, and the bedrooms being upstairs allowed for some peace and quiet. It was well stocked with essentials too, we had no issues finding the right kitchenware, dishes and utensils.
Three families and kids shared a great ski long-weekend here, we found it roomier than it looked even from online photos. It was super well stocked with tons of extra towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and even hot cocoa. The location was great as we used the free lift shuttle a lot, to get to slopes and the sports center.
