Family-Friendly Condo w/Partial Ocean Views, Free WiFi, Private W/D, Shared Pool

Great rental that was well stocked, perfect location to the boardwalk and the beach. We loved watching the ferris wheel and rides from our balcony!

This is our 2nd time booking this particular condo. Very bright and open. Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful view from the balcony. Close to restaurants and attractions. Would not hesitate to book again.

This location is great! Close to the amusement park and a lot of great restaurants. The pool never was cleaned while there. It was milky all week. The parking is not organized. It would be helpful to let guest know which level their parking passes are. I understand we are on a beach location, however, there was so much sand on our balcony that you could not go out there without shoes. Inside the floors also had a sandy grit. The parking garage keys were also not reliable. We never received codes to be able to enter through the garage. Only lobby codes.

We were a group of 8 people who stayed 2 nights in July 2023. The half bath/powder room was clogged and didn't function properly. The top bunk of the bunk beds had a creaky sound waking up people sleeping in the bottom bed. The mattresses in the bunk bedroom need to be replaced as they are worn out. Other than that, the kitchen had good amenities, the rooms were spacious and the house was as described. We enjoyed our stay.

My son and I enjoyed our short stay at the Belmont. We love the location and convenience to all the boardwalk amenities. The owner has lovely, personalized touches throughout this unit and the included linen service was a blessing! We would very much like to come back here again.

We have stayed here before so the place is a great location if you like being close to the boardwalk. It is very roomy and comfortable. I felt it could have been cleaner especially the kitchen. Some of dishes in the cabinets were dirty but we washed everything before we used it.

The layout of the room was fantastic, everything you would need for your stay was great. Was very dissatisfied of how much sand was on the flooring throughout and in the beds. Also for a three bedroom condo we were only supplied with six bath towels and four wash clothes for a total of five days I talked with someone from vacasa and the only thing they offered was to try to have cleaning come. Could not open two of the sliding doors in the bedrooms. I felt the room should of been cleaned before we arrive and not have to contact vacasa because of the sand throughout. Also I was not offered any compensation.

The location and convenience of the property was great. The issue was the cleanliness of the place and even more unsettling was the ants in the place. Mgmt company came right out to lay down ant traps but that was it and honestly did not do the trick. Ants crawling in the kitchen and on the living room furniture and then onto you. We ended up leaving a day early as we were just frustrated given the enormous amount we paid. Also greasy dishes and cups which we washed it all after we got there. The place could easily be a great place if it was taken care of and serviced properly,

The Belmont Towers location was great for families looking to be in the center of the action right near the rides and games on the Boardwalk. You are literally across the street with a view of the rides and the beach from your terrace. The condo was clean and spacious and well equipped for our family of 6. Dealing with Vacasa was a bit inconvenient having to drive 50 blocks to check-in and then realizing our pin code didn’t work and then we had to go back to get hard keys. There weren’t enough carts available for check-in or checkout and only one elevator so quite a bit of lugging and waiting. We had to repeat the same process of driving 50 blocks to drop off our keys and our garage remotes that did not work for checkout. I would prefer having a homeowner to deal with directly. That is my preference. Overall everyone had a great trip and the actual condo was lovely.

This was a great place to spend our family vacation! We were within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and anything we needed.
