Family-friendly condo w/long range views and spacious deck

Unreal views,very clean

The place is nice and secluded. I loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub was nice after being on the slopes all day. Not as good of a view of the slopes as advertised. The entrance was covered in ice when I arrived and I had to use a plastic shovel that was left there so that I would be able to walk through a portion of it without falling. This was a safety hazard all weekend. A bag of trash was sitting by the entrance when I arrived and all weekend. And the microwave didn't work initially until I fixed it the second morning. I left my pillow and called Vascasa to let them know a few hours later and I was promised someone would call me right back so I could go back and get it since I was in town but no one did and I had to leave. I probably won't choose to stay in this unit again when I visit Sugar. And I may not choose Vascasa due to the lack of communication about the pillow.

Host made some improvements from last time. Lights were fixed so you could actually use the lamps that were in there. Fireplace works finally but barely. Cable box works so that’s great that both TVs work but both TVs aren’t great. Also the utensils are still awful. Beds are great. Living room furniture probably needs replaced. We love the location, view, and sleeping. Bunch of rest of stuff needs updated. Feels very pieced together without any love.

House had visible pet stains upon entry.It had a weird smell when we walked in.Our family had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and freshen the home.The guest bathroom smelled like urine and the exhaust fan fell open on the second day.The master bedroom bathroom had mold and mildew in the grout,so the bathroom smelled like mold.The master bedroom bed is extremely hard it’s like laying on concrete.Its a ruined stained egg crate matress cover in the closet in master bathroom.No internet access the whole time.They’re old pots and pans in the kitchen that have rust stains.No smart TV’s.No tv in guest bedroom.Tv in Master bedroom is the size of a tablet.Extremely disappointed with my stay here.Our family left 2 days earlier from a 4 day booking.

House has pet stains on the carpet.Internet does not work.Guest bathroom has strong urine smell and dirty toilet brush.No smart TVs in home and master bedroom TV is super small.No TV in guest bedroom.Master bed feels like you're laying on concrete and smells like urine.Master shower had mold and mildew in the grouts.You can smell the mildew when you open the shower door.Pots and pans are old and not non-stick.No kitchen amenities really,so make sure you're prepared.We literally had to buy cleaners,air fresheners and Febreeze due to weird smell.We left our trip early due to having no internet for work and conditions of the home.Some of the electrical outlets don't work.There are other condos in the same area that are way better.The mountain view is blocked by trees.Our family forfeited 2 nights of our 4 day trip because of the home.This place needs a lot of updating for the price!

The kitchen had everything you need. There’s a lot that needs improving, like the internet, the carpet that is stretched and tripped me twice, and outdoor furniture. Some general maintenance is required.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The kids loved it. Views from the balcony are wonderful. It was quiet and comfortable.

Stay was short but it was great. 2nd bedroom and the master bathroom were cold but the fireplace was working really well and the living room was very warm.TV and entertainment can use upgrade.

Location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Views from the deck were stunning and peaceful. Photos are exactly what you get.

We had a great time. We arrived to a nice clean home with all the amenities we could need. It was conveniently located to all the activities we were interested in. I would definitely stay again.
