Very Comfortable stay for 2 months with minimal issues. Beds very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Unit was very clean and much appreciated. Some updating neededwith faucets and living area furniture. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This was a pleasant place to be. Very efficient layout which made getting ready for the early morning ceremonies effortless! We attended a graduation in Parris Island and tried to look for a place that was closer to the Marine base but couldn't find one that was closer. We found this place and was pleasantly surprised that it was not too far from the base. We had an added bonus of spending time at the beach with our new Marine after his graduation ceremony! This meant a lot to us because he had to leave for basic training just days before our scheduled beach vacation in September.

I don't have enough characters to write a full account of our experience. The unit is great, but needs to be cleaned a bit more (dust and trash under beds) and basics like coffee filters should be provided. I would have given this place 4 stars if not for our terrible experience with the Property Management company- Matt at Vacasa. Our a/c broke and our interaction with Matt was terrible. He was rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to be bothered with our problems while he was watching Monday Night Football and drinking with his friends. I have a full account of the interaction, which I can't provide here due to character limits, but am happy to provide if Vacasa or the owners of this unit reach out. But, I would NEVER stay at a Vacasa-managed rental again, especially in South Carolina, where Matt seems to be who you have to deal with if you run into any issues. Owners of this unit- you need to fire Vacasa. They are absolutely terrible and unprofessional and will cost you future renters. While the issue did eventually get fixed, the drama and headache to get it fixed is not something I would recommend risking while on vacation. On top of that, we received no follow-up, no compensation for our troubles (and batteries that we purchased to try to fix the issue ourselves since we were getting no clear communication from Matt). Not even an apology for the inconvenience. There are a million rentals in Palmetto Dunes- find one that isn't managed by Vacasa.

Just needed a place to stay after the hurricane and this place was perfect! Only 2 bedrooms but still accommodated our whole family with 4 queen beds! It was a great location, too!

Overall a great stay. We loved the back porch and the furniture gave comfy options for everyone. The mattresses were decent but have toppers which hid their age (probably need replaced at some point). Overall we had everything necessary. Loved that the door and oven sing to you. Also enjoyed having area lights instead of overhead lights, fans in most rooms, throw pillows and blankets for extra coziness, and access to a Bluetooth speaker. We have learned to bring our own electric kettle which is never standard for a rental. Overall adequately clean. A lot of dusty surfaces probably from the very dusty air vents. An easy fix for future guests. We did a self check in which was easy enough. Just know if one car arrives early the other can't get through the gate without taking them their car pass. We had two questions which the staff were not helpful with. How to access the beach and where to possibly borrow a bike pump since we forgot ours. They could answer neither. We found the Palmetto Dunes Guest beach access via the Disney House only .25 mi away (with parking, showers, restrooms, and bike racks) after exploring for some time the first evening. We were also able to walk our bike down to a rental shop across from the entry gate and get help. Overall a great stay even though it rained most of the time. Just wish the listing had included details on beach access and staff were knowledgeable about the area.

This is a great condo. It's right next to the pool, and walking to the beach took only about 10 minutes. You can drive, but there might be a bit of contention for a parking spot depending on what time you go. The condo itself was very clean and well-furnished. There was plenty of room for me, my wife, our two teenage daughters, and our son to hang out, eat, and rest. The vaulted ceilings give it an even greater sense of space. The porch is large and free of bugs, and it has a nice view of the grounds. Highly recommended.

Lovely property with a short drive to beach parking. We hope to stay here again. Only suggestions would be a pitcher for iced tea, etc and instructions for the TVs. Other than that, we’re had everything we needed.

Property was as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. Great location, a few Blocks for Ocean, or just a quick bike ride away. An unexpected bonus was a morning visit from a doe, walking from one side of the area we were in, to the other. She came through every morning around 7:30 AM. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

This is a well taken care of older property. Quiet neighborhood with the pool right across the street. Nicely furnished but I wish they had a king bed instead of a bunch of queen beds. If you want a glass taller than a tumbler or stemmed, or stemless, wine glass take a couple with you.
