Family Friendly Bayside Condo With Pool And Fishing Pier

We had a great time. Pleasantly pleased with the condo and area.

The condo was well equipped and furnished nicely. We loved the patio and enjoyed sitting outside and being able to see the bay. Check in and communication was great. The rooms are very small, so there isn’t much space to move around. The coffee bar was a great touch which we appreciated. We loved having easy access to the pool and the outdoor kitchen area is a great place to just hang out if you have a larger group of people. We used a beach access that was just a few minutes down the road and had plenty of open beach to spread out and enjoy. Our only actual negative was that the cleaning company doesn’t seem to do a great job. The owners were very responsive and were quick to have the condo re-cleaned after I contacted them. The floors and showers were the only real issues. Even after having come back out, the showers hadn’t been properly cleaned. So, not a property issue, but might need to consider a new cleaning company.

Our stay was excellent from the time of booking to the actual week we spent in Perdido Key. The host was welcoming, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with--providing all information we needed for easy check-in at the rental. There were no issues with the rental during our stay--it was clean and very comfortable. The view from the first-floor balcony overlooking the Old River was fantastic and we spent many peaceful mornings relaxing and having coffee from the coffee bar that was provided by the host! This was a perfect rental for us--a three generation family traveling with small children--we give 5 stars and would love to come stay here again!
