Family-Friendly 4BR Beachfront Condo Steps from Pool & Beach

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had 10 people stay and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The balcony was very spacious with ample amount of seating!!! Most of the lights in the condo are controlled with a remote and we could not turn on 2 of the lights in the bedrooms. One of the other lights we had to move around and try different angles to get it to work. The Host asked mid trip how everything was going so light issue was reported and they reported it would be looked at.There is only one parking spot at the condo and it is not truck or big car friendly There is extra free parking across the road but it is first come first serve and limited. There is also a third option for parking but it cost 14 a day and there is a sign that says park at you own risk. Cleanliness was decent. The view was absolutely beautiful!!!Multiple souvenir shops and ice cream shops across the road and a walmart about 3-5 minutes down the road. The host was absolutely great, had great communication and responded very quickly!

The property is beautiful! Beds are super comfortable! We had 9 adults and we never felt crowded. The balcony is the best festure! It is so big!! Best communication with the managers too! Will stay here agaon for sure!

Excellent overall experience. Unit was clean and spacious with a huge balcony. Parking space was easily accessible and near the elevators which had a very low wait time. Host was very communicative, he let us know before we arrived of minor damage left by the previous occupants and it was fixed within an hour of our arrival. Will stay again.

The first family members who arrived had to walk up to the 12th floor because the elevator in the building was broken when checking in. The family members who arrived later checked into another condo provided by the management office, but it was not sanitary and there was someone's underwear in the closet. After confirming that the elevator was fixed, we had to move back to the condo we had originally booked with the kids and our luggage. There was also dust and hair rolling around on the floor and many things that were broken or not working. We have been to Panama City Beach many times as a family trip, but this was the worst experience.

We stayed here while in town for a fishing trip. Great Condo! We would recommend staying here with large groups.

Perfect for large family, plenty of room. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Loved the huge deck for beautiful sunsets and family time. Great views of the gulf, easy access to the beach and pool.

A great property, perfect for 2 families to stay and be comfortable in! We had 9 people and there was no issue of enough space for our group. The deck/patio on this rental was the highlight of the trip and where we ate virtually every meal. I've never seen a better view and have this much space for the entire family to enjoy. The location of the property is very conducive to get anywhere in PCB. The beach was great, not too busy and was very accessible.

This was our second year in this condo building, first time in this room. It was great! They have new elevators which worked wonderfully! The room was equipped with anything we needed. We had an issue with the ceiling fan but she had stocked fans in the closets! They were there the next day and fixed the problem! Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful place, amazing balcony and view, plenty of room for a large group, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Spacious dining area inside and out. Customer service was by far the most personal and attentive I have ever received. Highly recommend!

well kept, beautiful view, nice location. My only complaint was no grab bars in at least one tub.
