The Space:

A distinctly luxurious and modern décor characterizes this vacation home located at the gated community of Compass Bay in the Kissimmee area. Guests can enjoy its proximity to all of the famous attractions that Orlando has to offer.



Compass Bay community is strategically located on Poinciana Blvd, between US 192 and SR 535. Compass Bay's location allows for fast access to major Florida highways, such as I-4, Osceola Parkway, and International Drive. Compass Bay features great, open-area amenities: two gazebos with playgrounds, picnic areas, and BBQ grills. Guests can enjoy relaxing at its splendid heated community swimming pool.



The ground floor contains an open floor plan featuring the center of the family living area, where formal and informal spaces share the fully equipped kitchen. Guests will greatly enjoy watching a movie on a 65 Smart TV while cooking delicious dishes.



The upper floor encompasses two Master Bedrooms with KingSize beds, en-suite bathrooms and 55 Smart TVs. There are two other bedrooms with bunk beds (TwinSize over FullSize) and 44 Smart TVs. The hallway features the shared bathroom and the Washer/Dryer area.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



✦ Age requirement:

You must be 21 or older to book with us.

    The villa was in a great location but the estate itself was overburdened with cars everywhere - parked on both sides of the road making it very awkward to even manoeuvre. Unfortunately the management company, Wonder Homes, was the biggest disappointment. They left a sour taste in the mouth with their clearly organised money grabbing, underhand working practices. They kept a portion of the deposit with a flimsy, embarrassing tale of stained towels...they hadn't even washed them when they sent photos through for 'proof'. Having researched further it seems this lack of basic business integrity has been documented numerous times before. Wonder Homes let themselves down and I would not trust them.

    We had a great time at this lovely townhouse that was beautifully kept inside. There was a total of five adults in our group and we all had our own space to chill out. My one complaint about this place was the neighborhood parking. The rules given to us before check-in said no street parking, however there were cars parked on both sides of the street and it made it VERY hard to get in and out of our driveway. If there were some sort of emergency, a firetruck or an ambulance would NEVER make it down the streets to help with the emergency. I'm very thankful we didn't have any emergencies that needed to be dealt with. Other than the cluttered streets in this development, this was a beautiful townhouse located in a perfect spot for Disney and Universal theme parks.

    Everything was perfect except it’s wasn’t clean. The carpet was dirt ( feet black ), bathtub, toilet seat, trims, doors and light switches was dirt with black fingers on it. A lot of dust everywhere. No coffee filter, no can opener, just enough for a day ( toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, 1 bag of garbage ) Good wifi, tv, bed comfortable, near of a lot of stores ( walmart, public, restaurants, Disney ) Quiet and nice pool . I spend 10 days in January 2023.
