Welcome to Edgewater Villa 2501. Enjoy step less entry into the front door of this relaxing condo. Park right out front and load your belongings, no elevators, no crowds. One of the top resorts in Panama City Beach with plenty of amenities. When you are ready for the beach just step outside, go to the nearest Tram Stop and in a few minutes a tram will arrive to take your party to the beach! When you are done, ride the tram home to your relaxing Villa. Private pool right out back of unit.

New for 2025: All amenities except for Golf are now included in the guest registration (ie. tennis, pickle ball, fitness club are all free to guests now).

RESORT FEE: There is a one time $50 one vehicle resort fee payable to Edgewater that covers your entire party for the entire stay. This is for one Parking Pass/Gated Security/Beach Access/Wristbands/Use of most Amenities. It is $30 for each additional vehicle up to 3 vehicles. A link will be sent to you as your check-in nears to register for this. Golf is an extra per occurrence fee. You will have access to the various pools/hot tubs thru out the resort, including the amazing lagoon pool along the beach. Minimum age to book at Edgewater is 25.

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit for check-in and settling in. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3oz bottle of dish detergent and a pod for the washer. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply laundry detergent, seasonings/spices. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
