Family Condo w/Free WiFi, Central AC, Shared Pool, Private Washer/Dryer

This condo was very nice and very spacious for the price. Beautiful large kitchen with dinning area and everything in it's place. Bedrooms had room enough for 3 or 4 easily. The two Bathrooms were o.k. but one of the showers did not work, just a trickle of water came out. Being on the second floor is a draw back with winding stairs going up.

I loved the location. It was quiet and safe, close to the beach, convenient to drive in and out from the main road, and has a pool right across from the condo building that the kids enjoyed a lot. The staffs I spoke to were kind and friendly. The only thing I like to comment on to the management is the cleanness. The cleaning needs to be done better. I had to dust the tv console and the top of the tables in the living room and the bathroom floor when I arrived for the pleasant week-long stay. There were dust and sand everywhere. Other than that, my family enjoyed the stay a lot.

Owners have upgraded and decorated this condo very thoughtfully. Less than 500 feet from one of Hatteras Village's secluded beaches. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for a week's stay with two younger children. Short walk from ice cream shop and deli. Short drive from Hatteras Ferry Terminal and shops.

The condo was “squeaky “ clean , the location is perfect, & we enjoyed the pool as well as the ocean!

Everything was wonderful about the place. Close to the beach and just far enough off 12. Easy to get in and out. Satellite did go out on Sunday, sent in request for repair, got a quick response but no one ever showed up to repair. (With young children nice to turn it on for distraction while doing other tasks) No complaints otherwise. Would stay here again.

Great location, very clean and super comfortable.

We had a great time, the rooms were super nice and the corner spot was perfect with the big wrap around deck.

Condo was conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay. Beach access very close and it was peaceful. Our only criticism is that when we arrived, the dirty towels were left from the previous renter and no clean towels were provided. We came in pretty late so I tried several times the next day (Monday) to reach housekeeping and the property manager before anyone responded. They came to pick up the dirty towels and we finally got clean towels late in the afternoon. Otherwise, our stay was good.
