Family Beachfront Fun at this cozy condo in Gated Resort

We loved staying in the area! There is so much wild life from the section of trees. The check-in process and car registration is a bit extra and cuts into vacation time. The pool says it closes at dusk but it closed several days we were there before the sun even started to drop. A new cleaning crew would be highly recommended.

The property was fine the only issue we had was no Wi-Fi for 2 days and air went out for a day but they got it fixed. The pool has rules and no night swimming. Mosquitoes and noseeums are TERRIBLE so we stayed in at night. We had so many bites. The area didn’t have much to do and ocean wasn’t very clean. But the property in itself was fine. Make sure you bring your own necessities.

This was a great stay for us. The check in process was a little off-putting because you have to check in at their office within 24 hours and their office closes at 4 on Saturday when check-in starts at 4 and they aren’t open on Sunday. Also, you aren’t told that it costs another $50 to register and park your vehicle which would have been nice to know. The actual condo was exactly as described and was very clean. The views were great and overall we had a great experience.

Older property and old furnishings. But it’s spacious and has wonderful views. Beach chairs, cooler and cart available. Check in was cumbersome. It’s old school where you have to go a mile down the road to pick up keys. Then to another building where you get a parking pass and get charged $50 for “registration” and 4 minutes of some guys time. And then you can go to your rental, use one key to get in building and then another key to get in to your condo. Just not fun getting to that point and time consuming. Get with the era and use a code entry system!

NEEDS NEW FURNITURE!!! AND CARPET!! THE STAY WAS OK

We have been to the towers 3 times before and enjoyed our stay every time. This time was no exception except for the replacing of windows which was very load from 8-4 or so. I know I was sent an email about it but it was load. Also, the WIFI did not work but that was not a big deal to us. The weather was good so we only needed the air conditioner one day but it did not cool the place maybe needs some work.

Spacious, comfortable apartment - perfect for family of three or four. This was our 2nd trip to Marco. We spent seven days enjoying easy access to the sugar sand beach and heated pool. The porch is huge with a perfect view of the ocean - and dolphins! This peaceful resort is a fantastic area for family friendly time. There are many really great restaurants close by. Great covered parking. The rental company was easy to work with and check-in and check-out was well organized. We loved our trip.

Upon arrival, Place wasn’t very clean ... found a syringe behind a toaster !!! Lights were burnt out, exhaust fan above cooktop didn’t work ... place wasn’t prepared for guests ... in our opinion .
