Stayed Aug 1, 2025I hate to do this,but very poor communication I end up not going to stay bcos the manager don't even took time to answer my email,my phone call,didn't even answer when I ask if what's the name of the condo,her reason she couldn't give details before the check in all I ask is when is the exact buildings address and name on it,then I told my sister to contact them bcos we are early and I am willing to pay for extra bcos I have kids as much I wanted to stay in a hotel but it's not convenient for I have a big family so unprofessional it feels like a scam I really thought they are scammers bcos why would you be in a business like this when a simple answering your phone you could not do it,all it do is busy ringtone or if it ring nobody answer and the lady answered me is mad!just to raise and awareness is must be there thing to scam someone.
