Families Welcome! Sleeps 8--Direct beach access

Really liked the location and beach access. We expected the pools to be heated, the outside pools were not but the indoor pool was. 1 of the hot tubs was not working. It was a little dated as well but we enjoyed our stay overall minus the pools. Thank you

We had a wonderful time and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony was my favorite. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. If I had a down side to our stay it would be the elevators and the property manager. We had to wait a long time to get on the elevator and there was always one or two broken. Property manager was very aggressive with the kids at the pool area. I know this has nothing to do with the owners of the condo but worth mentioning.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The view was amazing and we hated to leave. The welcome gift was a great touch.

Condo was just as described. Was clean, quiet, spacious and fully equipped with what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The wagon, rolling cooler and beach chairs were great to have available. Pools were clean and beach access was convenient. There wasn’t a ton of beach space to sit directly outside of the pool area, but a short walk down in either direction there was plenty of room. If you want pool chairs get down there early especially on nice days. Elevators did take while during certain times of day especially when all three were not operational. There was also building construction going on but the noise was minimal and we didn’t hear anything at all from inside the condo or balcony. One thing to note is it’s about a 35 minute walk to the main attractions/restaurants near the public beach including the popular ‘The Hangout’ and parking is tough to come by anytime after the noon hour. There were two nice little grocery/convenience stores just a 10 minute walk if you need to stock up on anything. Would definitely consider staying again if we make it back to the area.

This property has everything you need! It was a great distance from the beach, both pools were amazing, and all the stuff they had in the unit (wagon, toys, beach stuff, kitchen stuff, etc) made the stay super easy. The only downside of the entire stay were the elevators at the location. There were times we waited 30+ minutes for an elevator, and many times we just climbed up and down to avoid them. This unit is on the 10th floor, so it was a bit of an effort, but that was the only bad part of the property.

1008 is a beautiful condo. I highly would recommend this place.

My husband and I took my 3 youngest boys for an extended weekend. They loved it.. The condo itself was very nice. The only thing that was not there, was an inside lock of some sort on the entrance door. My youngest boy was not convinced the door was locked to strangers coming in. He is 3. As much as we tried he wasn’t believing it, so he parked the wagon in front of it for his own peace of mind.. For the property.. I was great. Very convenient. Lots to keep the boys busy. The indoor pool room and pool didn’t seem very clean or smell very good. But having the two outdoor pools was an easy fix. The hot tub on the little pool (closest to the building) was extremely hot and hard to enjoy. But the hot tub closest to the beach was just right!! We will definitely try to go back!
