Stayed Jul 24, 2021We had to pick up sheets that night still no bead spread the office person was so rude when I explained I cannot sleep on someone else’s dirty sheets. We found a dirty hair pick under dining table and specifically during a pandemic expected the condo to be clean. I was refunded a partial cleaning fee and I paid for linen packet and had to buy cleaning supplies. After 3 days I got a bed spread. The condo is in great location and spacious but if you have to deal with the rental office for 3 out of 6 day vacation it’s not worth it

Stayed Jul 3, 2021The room was ready on time, however it was not as clean as to be expected for the price we paid to stay. The master bathroom had mildew around the shower glass, sliding doors leading to the balcony had A LOT of streaks on them, towel rack broken in one of the guest bathrooms, the microwave worked off & on, refrigerator had streaks on both doors, there were stains on the pull out sofa mattress. It just did not meet our expectations considering how much we paid for the condo. We will not be back!!
