To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

Quiet Hours are from 9pm-8am. Please be mindful of house rules, we do respect our full time neighbors within the community.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

***Pet Policy (Subject for approval)

The pet fee is $165+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.

Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.

Pets must always be leashed within the community.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.

Pets cannot be up on any furniture.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

    Eddy the host was very nice. But the cockroach and ant issues were troublesome. While they’ve upgraded the unit to some degree, the dishwasher didn’t finish cycle, issues with thermostat changing temps by itself, which is not ideal when outdoor temps are 100. And while there is a golf course view, it’s an obstructed one. Hopefully those things can get worked out.

    Overall the property was practical and enjoyable. Minor things such as broken blinds and footstep noise from above are tolerable for a short term vacation. Host was very responsive in the pre-planning phase. Thanks, Eddy!

    property manager was on-spot...so responsive and easy to communicate withcondo was perfect for my husband, myself, our son, daughter in law and 2 grandkids....lots of space....very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms. lovely linens, bath towels, quiet neighborhooddid hear the residents above us though....walking about their space, showers, even toilet flushing...not the best but overall a great place
