Check in process was good! Location was perfect. Weather was hot but still a good time. Communication with owners was good. A couple appliance issues while there. Microwave broke, eventually got a replacement our last night there, never realized how much you use a microwave until you don’t have one. Made for some obstacles during our stay. The garbage disposal pipe came loose as well but was able to reattach. Just made for a mess to clean up. Also the smoke detector would randomly go off wasn’t a fun wake up at 1:30 in the morning to that. Overall had a great time with my family at the beach and made memories with the fun things we did just wish our stay went a little smoother.

Great place and hosts. The property is well kept and clean. Plenty of space for at least 6-7 people. I liked sitting on the porch and watching the golfers as they came by. Would stay again!

The property was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hosts were great, very responsive if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again in the future!

We had a fabulous time staying at Jeff and Sue’s rental. These two are some of the nicest people we have ever booked a vacation with! I had a lot of questions and they were always there ready to answer them. What I liked most about the property was you have a nice little getaway that’s kind of secluded but yet you are still close enough to go to the beach! We really enjoyed the Beach Club, which was a first time for us had never known about this place before. Thanks again for sharing your property and allowing our family to make some wonderful memories. Book with Sue and Jeff, you will not be disappointed. It is lovely

The house was clean, quite, had a great golf view, and a short drive to the beach. Sue was very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay there for a nearby baseball tournament. Be aware there is an extra charge to use the pool. Good to know ahead of time.

The unit was very cute. We had very high temperature the days we stayed. We ran the airconditioning to keep the upstairs comfortable but the downstairs bedrooms became very cold. They could use more lighting downstairs. Overall our stay was nice.

Our stay was very pleasant . The house was equipped with everything. We loved the layout & decor of house. We liked that it was 2 floors & our daughters felt like they had their own place. The owners are wonderful & readily available. We were in the Pines for our Dad’s memorial & although we were still grieving, this home put a smile on our face especially being on the golf course.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and was very clean and peaceful. We had visited the yacht club and they were very nice and inviting.

Property description is accurate. Nice, clean, beach themed decor. Small seating for two porch over looking golf course. 4 bath towels were provided. Beach towels are provided but if you don’t wash them u get charged. I think that’s too much. They do have couch covers if you bring your dog. That was a nice plus. I brought my own not knowing but they are provided. As for the location, you are 15-20 min to get to boardwalk depending on traffic. Getting thru the complex itself takes some time. Be prepared for it to take some driving but it’s not bad. There are other things to do and restaurants closer by. Ocean pines itself is huge. I’d suggest a map. The one provided is in 5 pieces and it’s not a real map. You will need to drive around the community. This condo is on a dead end street. You have to cross a main road to go anywhere else, even for just a long walk. Knowing the property will allow you to get the most use out of it. Overall nice place, decent location, I’d return
