Stayed Feb 7, 2026This property on Riviera and the Palmer Private golf course is absolutely superb!!It is spacious, was very clean and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.Bobbi was exceptional as our hostess providing timely and accurate information prior to our arrival and immediate answers to a couple of questions during our stay.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Had a wonderful time. Well appointed property esp all the kitchen items. Enjoyed using the bicycles in the garage and saw a herd of bighorn sheep!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This home is absolutely the most wonderful place to stay at the PGA West. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 rooms have their own bathrooms). We had 6 couples and there is plenty of room. It is decorated so beautiful and it is right on the Golf Course! It was perfect for all of us. We hope to stay there again!

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Beautiful area with Big Horn Sheep in the yard daily!! Very cool! Very strict neighborhood. The house needs a deep cleaning. Carpets are dirty and house smells musty. It also needs a good dusting. Otherwise it was clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. You can’t play the golf course or use the pickleball courts.

Stayed Apr 20, 2023Great quiet place to stay! Overall the place was clean and had a lot of room for 6 guests. Only complaints were the strict HOA rules and pull out bed in the 3rd bedroom was uncomfortable. Would stay here again.
