Fabulous Mountain Views! Easy Walk To Gondola, Peaceful & Secluded Feeling

We doubted that this property really was a 5 minute walk from the ski resort, it really is! So convenient. We frequently stay across the street from the ski resort at the Grand, this property is just as close. By our estimate the time it takes you to go through the resort and down all their stairs it's equal, plus the kitchen, and condo size beats the Grand. The property owners are very structured on rules and we appreciated that. We love our pets but not indoors, and give tremendous value to knowing there are no pets allowed. Smoking and the after smell always bothers us as well, great that it is not allowed in this condo. The owners are quick to respond, and communicate well. Great experience, we will do this again.

I stayed at Fabuous Mt Views with my wife and 9yr old for family ski trip. We appreciated that the condo is not a huge corporate hotel style unit but more of a owner live in type building. The location is great with a short walk to gondola base... and restaurants and shopping. The feature i valued most is the entry has bench for de-booting and enough hooks for everyone to hang all their snow gear.... not all units have this and it is a big plus. The sofa bed is also really well made solid flat mattress... not a saggy springy hammock. Super quality there. The owners are obviously very attentive to details and everything is well described and provided for . Really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again. John

Great location, easily accessible and very comfortable stay

We liked all there was to do there such as the hot tubs (which we loved after hiking all day), the easy access to the ski area, the business center where we could check on the restaurants in the area, and the restrooms. The room itself was totally comfortable and totally supplied with everything we could want. We don't have anything negative to say about anything to do with the property. We would definitely go back and tell anyone we know about it too!

Great host. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Good location about a real 5 min walk to the lifts. Quiet. Very well stocked (soaps, paper towels, lotion, spices, etc). We also appreciated the quality kitchen supplies (all clad Pots/pans, wustov knives). Would definitely here again.

We stayed in this unit for the Oct24-Oct27 weekend. It was beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and linens. Everything we needed was available in the unit. The best part of staying here is the central location within the village. Everything is within walking distance, including the gondola, transit center and the best restaurant in town, Cafe Diva.Communication with the owners was excellent all the way around. Loved our stay! The perfect condo for a stress-free weekend. Honestly, while the condo is perfectly appointed with lovely decor and great furniture, it's the small things. The cute bar set-up, great hi-top table to eat at or play a game, the extras in the kitchen that no one seems to do anymore, abundance of space to store all the stuff you brought because you weren't sure of the weather, actual large shampoo, cond and body wash, great shower (nicest shower liner i have ever seen!) Easy, fast communication with Tammy and Dan. We will be back.

There were a plethora of good choices for this trip. In addition to meeting my criteria, this unit and it's owners stood out due to their perfect 10 review rating. I'm adding another 10 rating and can't say much more than what has already been said before.

This property was perfect for my son and me - it's a quick walk to the gondola, amenities were great and the property was clean. Oh, and parking -- with this property you don't need to pay for parking and can walk to all the stores and restaurants at the mountain's base.

The property managers/owners were very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying here in Steamboat. We were in town for the WinterWonderGrass Music Festival which was less then a minute walk from Tammy and Dans place! Tammy and Dan are excellent communicators and hosts. Always quick to respond to messages. Checkin was super easy. Would definitely recommend this property and I know we will be back again next year!

The unit was exactly as described. It was convenient, peaceful and comfortable for the 2 of us. In great condition and impeccably clean. The perfect combination of easy access to the slopes and quiet downtime. Great restaurant recommendations too - we especially enjoyed the Truffle Pig for lunch and happy hour and the Creekside Cafe for breakfast, Dan and Tammy were very communicative and responsive hosts making the entire experience seamless. Excellent property, this was our 3rd year in a row staying at this spacious condo. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked with high quality whatever you need items. Easy walk to base area. Highly responsive owner. As listed, there is a construction fence outside the unit but is barely noticeable and does not take away from view.

We enjoyed the little condo. Great location at the corner of the complex. You can easily get to the mountain amenities, the free bus, or hop on Werner circle to get into town. Great little kitchen with everything you can ask for. We enjoyed relaxing and watching a movie cuddled up in their super soft blankets. Definitely a return trip!

The property is in a wonderful location with easy access to everything Steamboat Springs has to offer. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were so easy to work with and we had no issues at all.

Hosts provided wonderful detailed info, very responsive per any questions/communication. Extremely comfortable accommodation, pretty views. Many conveniences included in home. Easy drive to/from restaurants/shops. Quiet and peaceful.
