FABULOUS GULF VIEW, SPACIOUS BALCONY, BEST DECORATED

Owner is nice but condo needs a deep clean and maintenance. Condo was not ready at check in time. When we did arrive, as the owner informed us, the linens and towels were taken to another location to be washed. We were to get them back the next day but it was 2 days later. Sofas were gross and need to be tossed. Owner said she had slip covers but they were missing so I took extra sheets and draped over furniture to be able to sit on. I bought air mattress for my teenagers to sleep on because the sofa beds were so dirty that I wouldn’t let them sleep on them. Had blood on a throw pillow and found blood on a sheet that was suppose to be clean. This is unacceptable. Rewashed all linens and was applauded at the mattress cover. Filthy!! Tv in bedroom did not work and was informed on day of move in. Owner would not fix or replace because she has the place up for sale. I personally worked on the hanging blinds that were pulled down so we could have privacy and unclogged the bathtub since it wouldn’t drain. 3 lights in bathrooms were out and no bulbs to change. Not my idea of how to start a vacation! Owner is nice, doesn’t live in the area, but have the impression she is done with the place. Location is amazing. Complex is good. This place could be a gem with some TLC. View from balcony was gorgeous!

The condo itself was fine, we love staying at Regency Towers. However the owner I dealt with was the rudest person. We got there and we had no wash cloths and the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in years. I let her know this and she told me to go buy wash clothes and when I told her I don’t think that’s my responsibility . She told me she wasn’t a hotel and she thought I would be happier at the Hampton Inn. I told her I wasn’t moving my family, she told me I needed to get over it then! What kind of condo owner does that!
