Really liked the separate bedrooms! And to have it fully furnished plates, silverware Etc is awesome
The Bar-b-q was not useable, the furniture was old and broken, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. The stove was dirty. The place is not insulated very well, you could hear the tenants talking through the walls next door. The lights from the Village shine through the bedroom blinds at night.
We took our toddler and 3 month old with us and this place was amazing! It was very clean and safe for our babies. I loved the location and the view. It made me feel safe since it’s by the stores and other people. Thank you very much we will be back soon!
Good location between Zion and Bryce Canyons. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Paved area for parking and pulling in would be a plus since it was muddy with potholes. Some sort of coasters for the tables so as not to leave wet rings. We used napkins. Still a nice place and reasonably priced.
The place was very comfortable and clean. Location is great with the only downside being a lot of traffic noise late into the night. I would say the only need for improvement would be it does not have a/c so it does get warm inside for most of the day/night, even with windows open. That also leads to the down side of hearing lots of traffic. Overall rating is 4/5 stars because of not having a means to cool down the place without having the windows open...especially at night.
Great place to stay. It’s very clean and comfortable condo near the heart of Duck Creek Village. The host was quick with replies! Great stay!
Everything you need for a perfect Southwest Utah experience!
We’ll equipped unit in Duck Creek Village. Convenient location between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.
Great place and loved that it was half-way between Zion and Bryce. We were there off-season, so there weren't many dining options in Duck Creek, but we found places to eat by the parks. The only issue was that two of the dining chairs need to be replaced.
Power outlets and lights did not work in the two larger bedrooms. Otherwise, comfortable and clean! Would stay here again!
Condo is located in the middle of Duck Creek a small village on top of a mountain in the Dixie National Forrest. It was perfect for what we wanted to do, which was a place to stay in between Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. The drive for both was 45 min-1 hour which is fine as the drives were breathtaking. Condo has everything you need in a nice sized kitchen and bath. It was great to have laundry since we were hiking everyday. Beds are very comfortable and linens were soft. We stayed during during the first week in April. My advice if you are staying during early spring is to make sure you monitor the weather report. There were 6-8 ft snow drifts and piles from the plows. We were happy we rented a 4 WD SUV to get up and down some of the roads that had a snow pack. We have had no snow by us at all this winter, so we were so excited to finally have some snow! Since we were in the village during a less busy time, some of the restaurants were not open. We shopped at a Walmart Supercenter in Cedar City on the other side of the mountain. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this lovely condo!!
A wonderful winter getaway! The condo was ideal with our 6 year old and 2 year old. The open layout (no stairs) and simple, comfortable furnishings were perfect for our family. We enjoyed day trips to both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park and loved that the kids could sled and build snowmen right outside the door on the snowier days. The snow clearing service was also excellent, but a 4-wheel or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. We look forward to returning in other seasons!
For us sadly no or limited communication. When asked questions that were positive….. Quick feedback. When negative questions no response. Literally. My Father passed away the night before and told them might not be able to make it…. Response. “Sorry no refunds”. Me back to them: I never asked for one but thanks for your concern. Heartless
This spot is on the most beautiful mountain, just down the road from a nice little hike in the woods to a pretty lake - Aspen Mirror Lake. Also, this area is sandwiched between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. There was some road/sidewalk construction going on in the village area and right at the driveway into the property. It was loud at times, and they took the sign by the road down. This made the spot a little hard to find at night. But even with that, it was a great spot!
Girls trip with 5 adults. We had a wonderful time!
Comfortable and spacy for a number of people.
The condo was very roomy and right across the street from the village . A beautiful deer came right outsiders de our kitchen window to graze on the grass by the fire pit .
This condo is about halfway between Bryce and Zion national parks. We visited both, so it was a great location for us. Very clean, spacious bedrooms, and a nice kitchen and living room area. There aren't any grocery stores nearby though, so stock up before arriving. There is a small convenience store in Duck Creek Village to get the basics, but it's a bit expensive.
We will be staying her again. For sure!
Good location with regard to National Parks. Dishwasher would have been nice. Outside area very dusty…precluded using the fire pit. Only one restaurant available locally (not counting pizza and deli stores).
Trip was way to short. Next time we are staying longer!
