Stayed Sep 3, 2021The unit was a little dusty when I arrived, so I wiped down the TV and the tables. Also, the drawers in the bedroom were not clean. Before I put my clothes in the drawers, I wiped them out! Otherwise, the unit was very charming.

Stayed Jun 4, 2021Be careful renting this property if you have problems with stairs. property is decorated for looks and not comfort most uncomfortable chairs you could find however the bed was super comfortable. well stocked with stuff you need in a good location

Stayed May 26, 2019Wonderful place to stay, we parked our car on arrival and were able to walk to Beale St & downtown easily and had the trolley running around the corner if we got lazy. Easy on & off I-40, very clean. We will probably have to return to see more of Memphis than we could in our two days there and would gladly make this our pied-a-terre again.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The location was great. Excellent restaurant around the corner and wonderful bagel place a few doors up. We walked to the Renesant Convention Center, 25 minutes, every day. We tried to rent a car at the airport but the flight was late and the car was gone, and no more cars, and no workers there or on the phone. We walked to Beale St and heard blues and ate good food.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025I can’t say enough about the location of this place! You can walk to so many places and drive anywhere in 15 minutes. Michelle was a great hostess and very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. She even had a snack basket in the fridge which is priceless to a diabetic. Loved our first trip to Memphis and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!!!

Stayed Dec 6, 2024We had trouble with the original door code but the host communicated with us until it was quickly resolved. Otherwise, cozy and convenient to our purpose of concerts at the Fedex Forum. Easy walking to lots of food and shop options. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024This is the perfect spot if you're planning on anything downtown. Basketball, Beale St., Memphis in may. Park once and walk everywhere.
