This was my first trip to Vegas. I agonized about where to stay. I didn't want a hotel room because I wanted a small kitchen. So glad I chose this one, don't hesitate! The suite is beautiful. Really nice to have two full bathrooms. I liked the location because you can walk to a monorail station. You can also walk to the Strip fairly easily. Close to the airport. I think it's a good place to have as base camp to move around Vegas. The host, Lisa, is extremely responsive and is very accommodating. I would love to come back and stay again!

This was one of the best times we’ve had in Vegas! The unit was exactly as advertised, the owner was fantastic to work with and the property was convenient to everything. We loved the walkway to MGM and the pool complex. Thank you!!

I have stayed at this property a few times but this is the best unit yet! More space than we needed even! You can’t beat the location either. The host was by far the best I have had also. Responses almost immediately when I had a question. I am definitely going to try and plan my next visit far enough in advance that I can book here again.

Great spot; however the view on the ad shows overlooking the pools; the actual view overlooked top golf and construction

We will definitely make this our goto when visiting Vegas. The location was great. We easily walked wherever we wanted to go. The property owber was very responsive and was even able to get us an early check-in for our early morning flight. This VRBO was perfect!easily walked tcouldnt walk an UBER was close.

My stay at this place was exceptional. I cant see myself staying anywhere else in Vegas

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. Away from the loudness but close enough to play during the day. Very quiet at night,will definitely stay heree again if we come back to Vegas especially being close to airport.

This property was located in a great location close to the strip and casinos but not a casino itself which is preferred if you don’t want the hassle and noise of casino properties. The host was very responsive and the unit was clean and comfortable.

We chose to stay at Signatures as we do not gamble! Loved the variety of Shows! Our Hoat Lisa was absolutely fabulous and easy to communicate with!

The Signature at MGM Grand condo we stayed at was very comfortable and close to many attractions and restaurants. We had an issue with the TVs, but was corrected the next morning. The carpet had many spots and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was huge and bed was very comfortable. Due to the season, the pools at Tower 1 and 3 were closed, but the pools at the MGM Grand were fabulous..bring an inter tube for the lazy river if you have room in your luggage or you can pay $$ for one there. Have a good stay!

Great place to stay! I will never get a regular hotel room(s) again! Very roomy for 3 of us! Loved having a kitchen so could bring food/beverages in. Convenient llocatipn!lolocation. Also used

2 broken chairs, rug should be deep clean or replaced long time ago.

Great unit , clean and perfect location

This property is awesome. It is nice to have more space than just a hotel room … and you have a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view! Location can’t be beat! We will definitely stay here again.
