Fabulous 2 Bedroom Suite in the City! King Beds/Secured Parking & Indoor Pool!

Great location, amazing food in the area, friendly building staff. Host was very attentive and communicates well. Must stay if you want to be close to Seattle attractions!

Great space in the apartment for our group. Really appreciated the parking garage at no additional fee.Slightly extra level of coordination in order to check in, get keys, etc, but it all worked out.Tiny garage parking spaces, but we squeezed in with our full size SUV.There was concern we didn’t stop for the garage door to close behind us, however our vehicle simply wasn’t visible on the camera. It would be a bummer for someone to get fined 250 for no reason.Could hear upstairs neighbors at 1am and street noise. The description does indicate sound can be heard from other apartments and lively streets. Just wanted to confirm it’s a thing.There are pros and cons but great value for the price, and we all agreed we would stay again.Thank you, we love Seattle.

Overall our stay was good. The location was great as we were able to walk to Pikes place and space needle area. We were also able to find great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was convenient to the Link(tram) downtown which we rode from the airport and to the game at Husky stadium. The condo could use a more thorough cleaning as I found dust and dirt behind the couches as I was utilizing electrical outlets. Other than it was a great stay.

It was perfect for a few days stay before going on an Alaskan cruise. Secure building, great location and good food near by.

Perfect central location to downtown, pike place, and Seattle center. Very comfortable beds! Even the pullout! It was well stocked with everything I needed for cooking, dishes, laundry, and showers. I felt very safe as well. Lots of good restaurants literally within feet of the building. Excellent and quick communication—very professional. I would definitely stay there again!!

10 min walk to space needle, 20 min to pike market, 5-10 min to great restaurants. Very clean & great communication from host/property manager.

We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool, it’s open from 5am-11pm and is no deeper than 4’6”. The elevators were always quick and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Having laundry (stocked with detergent) was fantastic. It was always very easy to contact the owners and they responded very quickly. The only downside was that the apartment got warm easily, and the small AC unit turns off after a while, plus getting the cool air to go down the hall to the second bedroom took a lot of work from fans, thankfully there were a lot of fans supplied. There were also more towels and linens than what you could ever need. As for the neighborhood, it was nice. But fair warning, if you are walking towards Pike Place Market avoid walking on 2nd Ave. There are A LOT more homeless people and people smoking multiple kinds of drugs on that street once you go further than the two blocks away that have really good restaurants. Also, pay very good attention to when your desired restaurant is open, many of them close in between meals and by 8pm. Downtown Seattle in general closes early, a lot of stores close by 6pm (or even earlier). Lastly, the parking spots in the garage are very compact, we barely got our Explorer in there so don’t even try to get a Suburban in those spots.

Location is great, easy walking distance to the light rail, Pike’s and lots of bars and restaurants. Second bedroom is pretty small but kitchen is well stocked and living room and dining room are spacious.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, bedding, blankets and fans. Both the owners and Stan were very pleasant and helpful even with our late check in. Highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay in Seattle, it's so easy to walk anywhere from this condo. And the pool/hot tub was great.

We have stayed in Belltown before and liked the area due to its close proximity to the best things Seattle has to offer. You are within walking distance to great restaurants, and tourist destinations such as the Space Needle, MoPop, and Pike Market.
