Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    We had a pleasant experience and would stay in this building again. Please note my critiques are based on my experience w others vrbos, the price paid (value) and overall experience. We did have a lovely stay. Cleanliness: let me say that this condo and property (including common areas) was clean. No trash or anything laying around. I appreciated that. And it’s very high on my list of things that make for a good rental. Value - for what we paid, for me, there was a lack of basic amentiies in the actual condo. First the fridge handle and drawer handle were broken. The dishwasher did not work while we were there and when reported (day 2 I believe) it was never fixed. So we couldn’t run it and had to hand wash. The cabinet door in the master fell off its hinge and was reported as well. Also - there was no real bath mat, sink cleaning supplies / scrubber, trash bags, coffee, basic spices, etc. The pots provided were in poor condition and the one I used of theirs left burned stuff all over the cooktop. We ended up buying a few pans bc were were driving home and could keep them. I know the “extras” aren’t required, but no dish sponge and basic things, given the price paid, was kind of surprising. And a bath mat! I know I’m nit picking, but it’s worth knowing before you arrive! And given the cost of the condo I’d expect more than 1 trash bag and a few rolls of toilet paper. Not that they had to provide everything for the entire stay, but it was definitely on the meager side. Parking: easy. We never had an issue finding a spot or using the carport. It was stress free which I appreciated. Location: great location and good view near the beach with easy access. (NOTE - you will probably still drive to the beach bc it’s a long haul carrying all your beach setup)

    Condo was clean and organized. Email correspondence from rental group was accurate and precise. Short walk to the beach. Condo was on 15th floor. Balcony was very nice. Ate multiple meals, sip on coffee in the morning. Would reserve again.
