Extra large studio condominium located at Surfside Resort

This unit was fine for being a lock out unit. However, the bar stool fell apart, as did the chairs on the patio. There were definitely some cleaning issues-bits and pieces of random dry food items-a piece of cereal, etc. There is Not a Keurig coffee pot as pictured-just a very tiny 5 cup pot. If these issues were addressed the unit would be great!

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The property had black mold, a strong musty odor, and clear water damage throughout. The pillows were dirty, there was hair all over the floor, and a futon with what looked like white stains — completely unsanitary. One of the beds was broken, and overall, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained.When we reached out about the issues, the hosts were slow to respond and dismissive, offering no real solution. It was frustrating and honestly concerning to see how little they cared about the health and comfort of their guests.Do yourself a favor and skip this listing. No one should have to deal with mold, filth, or such poor communication on what’s supposed to be a relaxing getaway. We ended up not using the rental and are currently fighting them for a refund.

The air did not work at all in the condo. There was no silverware. behind furniture and under the bed was filthy. The picture behind the table had ketchup all over it. The bed was absolutely horrible it is not possible to get a good nights sleep due to the bed sinking in. This condo could be very nice if kept up with.

My husband could not get the tv to work. We sent a message, but no one ever came to look at it. Thecbed was terrible. It was bowed in the middle. Woke up every morning with a back ache. The owner wanted me to leave the air at 72 degrees. I'm menopausal. It was terrible. The patio doir was very hard to open and shut. We were very disappointed.

I stay at Surfside every year. It’s a great condominium resort. My only issue with this unit was the master shower. The showerhead was not functioning properly and it didn’t drain so you stood in inches of water while showering.

This unit needs some major repairs and upgrades. The only thing that was good was the location to the beach. Walking in we were almost hit with a broken closet door coming down on us. Unit wasn’t clean-only surfaced clean. Only one chair at the dining table. Decor drastically needs updating. Kitchen faucet didn’t work properly and sprayed you. Towels and linens looked and felt like there were 100 years old. I guess you get what you pay for as I was wondering why this unit was so much cheaper than the others in the area.

The condo has so much potential if only the management group and owner used it. Dirty, filthy, roaches

Property was nice needs some cleaning done. And items need to be repaird in room. Previous reviews i read said itemes were broken in the room. And i figured they might have been fixed but they were not. And there were qutips and trash still all over. Would probably not stay here again

great location,room was not even close to clean,food,trash hair ties you name it,ac work well on a hot day,other than clean,great place,i shouldnt be charged for cleaning the room aswell

We really enjoyed the location, and having private beach access and being on the first floor! I would suggest they get a new futon it was not great to sleep on it seemed like something g was broken underneath the cushion and the barstools at the table were broken. Other than that it was a great place to stay and had everything we needed and the cost was manageable. We will stay here again in the future!

This condo was priced extremely well, however it is so outdated that I would have never willingly paid more for it.

Firstly the location of this property and the overall amenities of the resort were awesome. The saying you get what you pay for applies here. The rental was lacking. The overall appearance was late 90s. The bed was not even the quality of a bed in box from Walmart. If you plan on sleeping anyone on the futon it’s not going to happen. It was the most uncomfortable thing just to sit on much less sleep on.Br

Location and building great. Just needs to be usable space. The futon is not usable and the high stools not safe. The cable took 3 remotes to figure out how to get turned on right. Two of nights no tv. Toilet continuously ran had to shut door to keep sound down Refrigerator doesn’t have enough space to put leftovers Price great location great.

Although we got a great rate, state of room was poor. TV didn’t work, things in the place were in poor condition and assistance was non existent.
