Exquisite Stateline Resort, Hot Tub Zalanta #222

The air conditioning doesn’t work, they are taking 2 days to fix it and cant even guarantee at what time they are coming. We are 5 people and only 4 shower towels and 3 pools towels were left for us. First night no hot water in the shower. Found stuff in the drawer, and not clean when opening the sofa bed The resort view is a parking lot across the pool and trash bins . Not nice Overall nice place but not a 5 star resort

The building staff were very friendly however on of the residents that lives on property has dogs and one attacked and bit my travel partner while in the elevator with his daughter.

We visited Lake Tahoe with friends and could not have been more pleased with our choice. The locations is as good as it gets, very well equipped, sparkling clean and very comfortable. When we return to lake Tahoe, we will stay here again.

Pros: This is a beautiful property with a great location and well-appointed kitchen. Check in and check out were smooth and the beds were very comfortable. The onsite gym and pool were nice amenities. Cons: The AC servicing the main living area and one of the bedrooms was not functioning during our July stay. The property has two ACs, one servicing the master suite and another servicing the main living area, kitchen and additional bedroom suite. This was reported to RNR on day 1 who sent a tech for repair on day 2 while we were offsite. The fix was to crank the AC down for the master bedroom to cool the whole unit - this was also reported to RNR with no further response. Second, parking spots are not assigned. The parking lot did fill up a few times during the stay leaving us without any parking despite 2 spots advertised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again during an off-peak season when parking and AC are less of a concern.

Great unit in well appointed area! Clean and well equipped kitchen. Nice building. Our only hiccup was that the A/C didn’t work in one of the rooms so it was hot but management was on top of it and brought fans and a mobile cooling unit. I would definitely recommend staying here.
