Immaculate property with magnificent view.
Condo is beautiful and the location is exceptional. The management of this unit are top notch in every respect. Anything we needed they there for us and the unit was as clean as clean can be. The finishes and furniture are also outstanding. The unit is so nice that we extended our stay here. Rent here you won’t be disappointed it’s truly 5 stars.
This is perhaps one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Goes completely against the traditional and dated 80’s timber cabin styling that just about every other condo seems to be have. The furniture and finishes are absolutely top notch modern and stylish. The kitchen is especially well done...we looked forward to coming in for lunch and avoiding the masses on the mountain based purely on the kitchen alone. Fantastic...great for entertaining as well. The layout is especially well thought out with excellent separation between the living room and the bedrooms. Great for sharing with another family. Location is good. Perhaps a little further away from the main village than some might like however the free and efficient shuttle service makes up for it...although it’s a good 15 minutes to Beaver Creek Village. Bachelors Gulch is a beautiful well thought out development and is true ski in ski out. While we loved the double bunk beds...a luxury for the kids.. I would say that the second and third bedrooms should have queen size beds and not just a doubles. A little small for couples and not really in keeping with a property of this calibre and price. However, we would absolutely recommend this property and will certainly be back.
This is an excellent place to have a nice vacation with an outstanding shuttle service to and from the village. The service people to fix the little inconveniance were very helpul. I really recommend this place for a quiet good stay
Great modern feel with wonderful view and plenty of space. The kitchen is outfitted very nicely with appliances and all needed essentials. Easy in and out with good storage for skis. The garage is a nice thing if have a car.
We had a great experience at this property. The kitchen was one of the nicest, best-appointed ones I have ever experienced on vacation. The condo was immaculate and the views were spectacular. The first day we had an issue with one of the showers not draining but the maintenance was responsive and timely, and we didn't have any more difficulties during our stay.
Lay of the Land was a modern, very clean, freshly updated condo that had just about everything we could have wanted....except for patio furniture. We were so disappointed to not be able to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. Otherwise, the home had everything. The kitchen had all the tools needed to cook anything we wanted. Modern appliances that were fun to use. A steam shower. Comfortable beds. The coolest bunk room ever. Would love to return should there one day be at least a couple of chairs and a side table on the deck. :-)
