We enjoyed to stay at your place, the place was clean and it had essentials, thanks for a very nice time!
The place was cute on the inside and had everything we needed. The only negative was the musty sort of smell when first walking into the building. We also couldn’t get the fireplace/heater to turn on. On the outside it seems they are doing construction so it wasn’t as nice on the eye near the building, however the walk to the pools close to the lake, and the lake entrance itself was so nice and enjoyable. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. Overall we would stay again.
Clean, fully equipped kitchen and AC was a plus! Terribly old and uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom.
The location is great right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. A short walk from the condo takes you to a very nice private beach with lounge chairs. The pool there overlooks the lake. The condo itself is in a large building similar to a hotel. Tip: If you park in the underground garage there are rolling luggage racks you can use and an elevator. If you park outside you have to carry your luggage up a flight of straits to the lobby elevator. The building itself is older but the condo was updated inside. It is right on the street so you hear the traffic but that didn’t bother us. Like the other reviews we too thought the unit had a smell. The unit was clean except 2 throw rugs that were both very stained and need of replacing. The unity was a great size for our family of 4. View of the mountains. Nice table to sit and play games that were provided in the unit. The unit had sliding doors that went out on a private deck unfortunately they didn’t have screens so if you left them open you’d have bugs inside. Since the slider was the only window in the bedroom and we couldn’t leave it open for cool air we were really warm on the nights that were warmer. The management company brought us a fan for the bedroom but without the fresh air it wasn’t much help. We would consider renting the condo again if they put screen doors on the sliders so we could have fresh air in the bedroom.
When we arrived the condo was disgusting. The tub was full of hair from another occupant and sand. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black. There was dust everywhere and other peoples hair in clumps all around. The upstairs room had gross food all over the floor. The front door did not have a lock on the inside for safety. The only closet to hang clothes in was full of ac units which only allowed the 3 of us to hang some clothes up. Finally the traffic noise was awful. This unit is facing a major highway which was not disclosed. The condo would have been perfect if not for these issues. The space was good for our family. The access to the beach and pool was great. The garage parking was ideal. But spending our first day of vacation cleaning someone else’s condo was a terrible experience.
the inside of apartment was nice but had problems
We enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean and ready for our arrival. Communication with management was top-notch. The location is great, just walking distances to restaurants, the marina, parks, and the complex’s private beach. Wonderful time!
The condo worked out great for a quick two night stay in South Lake Tahoe. The only negative was that they were residing the building while we were there, but overall it wasn't too disruptive. The pools and hot tubs on the property were good.
The unit itself is great! Very cute and cozy. It’s on the top floor at the corner of the building which is a huge plus as you won’t hear neighbors. However it is right next to the main busy road so you will hear traffic noise. Although the unit itself was nice, the building its in is a little old and outdated. the Location is great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, the lake, and other activities.
Had a strange smell but everything else was wonderful. Only drawback is outside of property is in bad need of rehabilitation actual unit is beautiful.
Loved that it was an open floor plan and everything was updated. Beautiful decor.
