Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfectly located clean condo with all the amenities. Ocean is just steps away. Swimming pool is fabulous. Convenient shopping and great walkable restaurants.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The locatation and view was great! The kitchen was not clean when we arrived- we cleaned it ourselves. The rest of the place, including the bathrooms, seemed clean. We had everything that we needed and truly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The building is older, but very well maintained. WiFi and cable TV was excellent! We would return.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022Loved the location, very cute place but needs updating. First thing we had to do was clean the floors and counters in kitchen. Took pictures to prove this condo was not cleaned. Have not received any reimbursement for cleaning services that were never done.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great experience staying at 1H in Highpoint North. It was My Husband, our two teenagers, and myself. We traveled with 4 other families who stayed in other condos at Highpoint North and Highpoint South. So let me say that there are plenty of upgrades inside this unit compared to other units. Beautiful tile work throughout. Nice and comfortable furniture. Fully stocked kitchen and beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, toys, rafts, etc. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and then some. Great pool level large balcony with plenty of furniture. The outside of the building itself shows its age. However, the important thing to us was that the pool and deck area are lovely, updated, and well kept. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Fantastic place right on the beach. Traveled with my wife and daughter and enjoyed every bit of it. Updated bedrooms, bathrooms, and appliances. Closet full of beach supplies and great location in OC.
