Stayed Jan 4, 2025We stayed three months in this condo, and it provided everything we hoped for plus more. The unit is in a very well maintained and managed condo building. The owners and other renters were friendly, caring, and helpful people. We made some friends that we will stay in contact with. The furnishing and decor were beautiful, the view of the canal and the beach were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also had plenty of room to store what we brought along. The pool is a lovely place to swim, sun and socialize. The location is a bonus - FMB is a busy place right now, and traffic can back up coming from the south. This location is close enough to the exit bridge, that traffic was never an issue for us, and it is a short walk to Times Square for shopping or dining. We enjoyed the quietness of facing the canal and being right across the street from the beach. Lastly, the property owner was an amazing host- we couldn't have asked of anything else from her. She personally showed us around and stayed in touch for anything we might need. We highly recommend her and her property.
