The Loft is beautiful! So clean! The location was perfect! Communication by the host was excellent!

The condo seemed to be brand new. Everything was spotless and well decorated. The kitchen had all of the basics. The oven is smaller than a standard oven, but was new and worked well.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Loft. The place was clean and comfortable. The management company communication was the best I have ever had with VRBO. Location was perfect for us as we golfed several different courses throughout our stay. It is on a busy road but generally quiet at night. We will be repeat visitors.

This is the 2nd time staying at the loft. Nicely appointed condo that has been well maintained and is centrally located to restaurants and downtown Petoskey. The only potential negative is that the bedrooms face the street, so traffic noise can sometimes be an issue.

Perfect location for Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Everything was as expected.

What a great spot for a Ski weekend. Spotless clean, roomy, open floor plan, comfortable and everything you need to cook. Great entrance for boots, skis, shoes, coats etc. 10 minutes from Highlands and Nubs.,30 minutes to Boyne Mountain. Comfortable beds...new construction.We will be back soon.

10 nights at the Loft. 2BR, 2 bath, nicely appointed, with all the required furnishings. Convenient location, with the Brewery Pub & Restaurant directly across the street and conveniently located to Petoskey and Harbor Springs (5-10 minutes depending on where you are going). Definitely a very good price/value unit!

The open layout is uncluttered and really helped me to relax. It is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. A second-floor balcony and a gathering area outdoors add to the charm. Very convenient to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey; close to restaurants and shops and just a minute or two from the state forest entrance. We would happily stay here again.

The beds were comfy and the space was nice. The main bathroom floor had so much hair on it, that it was yucky to use without sweeping it. Location was great. If you have trouble sleeping with traffic noise you might want to look at someplace else as it is right next to the road.

Everything about the location was as advertised. I worried that there would be a lot of noise from the road nearby but it was not a problem at all. Also, the air conditioning was excellent, which is a rare feature in the area.

This is one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever rented. Beautifully decorated, EVERYTHING you could possibly need including zip lock bags. Great location . Super clean and so comfortable; the furniture and beds were fantastic. We loved every minute we were there. Thank you !!

Great condo with great amenities. Located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, so good location...it is off of a main road if that is a concern for you, but worked out just fine for us. Management company is super responsive and friendly if you need anything during your stay. Really appreciate this being a pet friendly destination, it worked out great for our family. The condo is super clean and all furnishings are in excellent condition. Definitely recommend.
