    Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, amazing location. Walkable to anywhere you want to go downtown and to some nearby hikes. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the view of the mountains from the pool and hot tubs. An additional hot tub is right near the unit as well with towels supplied. The address to check in is the same for several buildings, and Apple Maps took us to a different building in the complex (the one with Lululemon in it) when we were walking there from downtown, so we were a bit confused at first, but we found someone who pointed us in the right direction. Check in is in the building facing Main Street with the drop off area in front. The parking garage entrance is at the front of that same building, but the elevator in the Waterhouse parking area underneath takes you straight up to the building the condo is in.

    Our stay at the Water House property was fantastic, great proximity to Beaver Run, less than a 10 min walk to the chairlift, and equally close to all of Breck's entertainment. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very nice! I will definitely be staying there again. My family and I have stayed in Breck multiple times, and this was by far the best experience.

    This condo was perfectly located at the base of peak 9. About a 5-10 min walk to the lift and a 5 min walk to Main Street. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The first floor location next the ski locker could not have been any more convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

    everything was great, communication was very good as well. only thing I would like to see better...the mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable, however I go it expecting that at any place I stay. overall A and would rent from again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Water House for a reunion of 5 high school friends and it couldn't have been better. The hosts were very helpful, communicated well, and responded quickly when we had a small issue when checking in. The space was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and very nice. The location was great for access to the Quicksilver lift, as well as to restaurants and stores in town. The ski locker was very convenient and the hot tub was a treat after a day on the slopes. This place was really excellent.

    This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Our 10 and 12 year olds loved the double-sized bunk beds with a TV in the room. The open concept isn't huge but has a very comfortable living area and is either recently updated or on the newer side, as everything was in great shape. It is on the ground level, so you will get sound from people walking by, but it didn't feel like an overly high-traffic area in the summer, so it was not a problem. We found the location at the top of the main street excellent, and we loved that there was a hot tub steps from our door. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen staples (baggies, foil, etc).
