Just spent the past week at this condo. It was well equipped with an awesome view. Everyone had their own space which was perfect. Will definitely look to rent here again the next time we are in Myrtle Beach.

Oceanfront beautiful views! Sadly, accommodations were hugely lacking! We got the feeling the owner(s) have forsaken and forgotten this place. MOLD & mildew in all 3 bathrooms! MOLD in shower, shower doors, tubs, sinks...ugh! Air vents were dripping water, middle bathroom toilet's handle was broken, first bedroom wouldn't cool down and it's blinds weren't working. Bathroom between the bedrooms kept clogging. Beach towels were not provided, unless they were expecting us to use the old, faded, harsh bathroom towels we found... Mattresses... bumpy, creaky and generally uncomfortable. Couldn't get into the gym because the door handle was broken! Ugh!!! My sister tried calling the rental office, left a message and is still waiting for them to call back. My husband got through and they recommended he grab a maintenance man if he saw one... I recommend you stay somewhere else, as we will next time we drive down to Myrtle Beach.

The place was clean and comfortable. Loved being able to park in the same building and easily get in and out of the condo even on rainy days. Pool was clean and well maintained. View was amazing drinking coffee on the deck early in the morning for sunrise. Property management was quick to resolve a cable issue without impacting any of our plans. Would absolutely say again.
